"Emerald Views" Beach House is located on Hwy 30-A in the beautiful Gulf coast community of Seacrest Beach along Florida's panhandle. Come and enjoy a tropical drink and Gulf breezes on one of the six covered porches. Emerald Views is the perfect place to spend your next beach vacation getaway!
Emerald Views is a beautifully decorated 2200-square-foot upscale beach house with an open floor plan and enough room to sleep 10. This inviting beach cottage has three spacious bedrooms, each with a private covered porch, and three full bathrooms. There is also a loft with twin trundle beds.
The first floor features a spacious great room, dining room, and kitchen with hardwood floors. The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with a large center island and top of the line stainless steel appliances and enough cooking and serving dishes for 10 guests. Also located on the ground floor are a bedroom with king-size bed, a full bathroom, and a laundry room with full sized washer/dryer. Use the queen size sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping space.
The second floor features a huge master suite with king-size bed, large bathroom with whirlpool tub, over-sized shower, walk-in closet, and private covered porch. On the second floor there is also a bedroom with queen-size bed and twin bunk beds, full bathroom, large closet and private covered porch.
The third floor tower room is sunny and relaxing and has twin trundle beds for additional sleeping space. Take a afternoon nap on the daybed (w/twin trundle), watch a movie, or read a book on the balcony. It's a quiet space to read, watch TV, or have a cocktail on the porch.
A selection of videos, including Disney movies for children, a library of books, music CDs, board games and card games are available. The first floor closet contains beach toys, beach chairs and a cooler for the use of our guests. There is something for everyone to do at this beautiful beach house. Bring your laptop computer and take advantage of the free wireless internet service to keep in touch with your office. Be our honored guests and make Emerald Views your favorite home away from home.
Outdoor activities are endless. Adults and kids will have a blast in the 12,000-square-foot lagoon-style pool with lush, tropical landscaping and waterfalls, just a two minute walk from the house. You can hop onto the FREE shuttle which will take you to the community's private beach access. Or take a short stroll down the palm tree-lined walkway to the white, sandy shores and emerald-green waters of Seacrest Beach. The house has boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers and beach toys for the use of our guests.
Enjoy shopping and dining in picturesque Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, all within walking distance. For the golfers in your group, the new Camp Creek Golf Course is located about a mile away. You can also rent a bicycle and enjoy the natural beauty of this area. Visit neighboring beachfront towns along Scenic Highway 30-A including Seaside, Watercolor, and Santa Rosa Beach, or enjoy shopping, entertainment, restaurants and nightclubs at the new Panama City Beach Pier boardwalk. Why the Owner Chose Seacrest Beach North
We fell in love with the panhandle beaches, and the Scenic Highway 30-A area in particular, when we visited with our families over the last several years. Our dream was to buy a vacation to share with our families and we made that dream come true. We chose Seacrest Beach because we loved the neighborhood, the location between Rosemary and Alys Beaches, the fantastic community pool, and the amazingly beautiful beach. Everything we need is within walking distance. When we get here we leave our car in the drive and walk everywhere. Our home is on a small quiet street in a great area for families and couples looking for a place to relax and play.

While visiting our vacation home we are fortunate to be within walking distance of specialty shops, fabulous restaurants, spas, wine bars and entertainment. The beautifully landscaped 12,000 sq. ft. lagoon style pool includes bath houses and areas for picnics and outdoor recreation. We have access to community walking paths and the paved biking and hiking path that borders more than 20 miles of Scenic Highway 30-A with views of the Gulf of Mexico, state parks, coastal dune lakes and unique beach villages. Our property adjoins the green belt area of the community and has views of the wooded areas and local flora and fauna, hence the name, Emerald Views. Across the highway is our palm tree-lined access to one of the most gorgeous beaches in an area famous for the beauty of its beaches. We love our home and beach community, and want our guests to love it as much as we do, so we have equipped the house to make sure our guests are pampered and comfortable. Come and see for yourself!

We had a great vacation and the house was a perfect get away. we can not say enough about how perfect our stay was in seacrest. The amenities were excellent. The house is in a neighborhood setting , which is great for the kids. It is not on the beach but the access is very convinent by a golf cart ride. A phone call to a golf cart driver will put a 6-8 person golf cart at the front door in 5-10 minutes.They will take you to the beach or the pool. The pool is within walking distance if you desire. Speaking of the pool it is very large and impressive. We had a great family vacation and highly recommend the house. Please call us if anyone has questions. The Weber family.

My family visited the week of 6/4 - 6/10 and had such a great time. The house was beautiful and so inviting, felt like home. My parents joined us and they loved having their own space on the first floor. My 6yo & 3yo loved having the bunk beds and having their own bathroom was great. The community is so family friendly that at times you have to watch out for kids on the bikes. We were going to rent bikes when we arrived on our first day but to be honest they were not needed. The walk to the pool was close enough that my 3 yo had no problem, the tram to the beach was great, always showed up on time and was very easy to get back home as they make a continous 5 minute loop around the beach side to pick up anyone waiting to go home. We will most likely rent bikes next time so we can check out the bike trails. The pool was fantastic! It is big enough that you never felt crowded by other guests. If your looking for a location that is private but easy to get to shops and activities then this is the place. My husband and I are hoping to find time to come back again this year. Thank you Sandy for the hospitality and opening your home to strangers. This is a vacation my kids will never forget.

We stayed in this lovely home during our spring break holiday. The pictures do not show how perfect this home really is! Very nicely decorated w/ everything possibly needed for a great stay at the beach. The community has a free tram service which will whisk you away to the beach or the pool during daytime hours. The pool is really fantastic with multiple levels & waterfalls. The beach was spectacular and very uncrowded which is what we were looking for. The home even came with beach toys, umbrellas, chairs & my kid's favorite - wave boards. Board games, movies & a large selection of books were all appreciated. Grocery stores are nearby as well as the upscale community of Rosemary Beach is right next to this community offering great little shops, restaurants and bike paths. Overall a great experience! We hope to return again soon.

Our vacation to Seacrest beach was one of the best ever because of the location of Emerald Views. Our kids are all teenagers and enjoyed every amenity this property has to offer. The pool is amazing, the beach is breath taking, and the location is the best. We were able to let our kids have freedom to go to the Sugar Shak, ride bikes, go to the pool or beach anytime of the day. The neighborhood has security guards and a lifeguard at the pool. We did have a bike stolen so please take a lock as there is really no place to secure the bikes. The home was so spacious and divided that we all felt like we had our own private area at the end of the day. Each room has a porch and from the tower room, you can see beautiful sunsets in case you can't make it to the beach. The june grass came in the day we came to the beach so that was a little disappointing but the last day was perfect. The moon was full and made crabbing a wonderful experience. I can not say enough great things about the house and its location. You will definitely have a blast in this house and neighborhood.

I recently went to seacrest beach and stayed at emerald views house. its beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. The gorgeous beach is five minutes away and there is a elegant huge community pool. I had an absolutely amazing time and can't wait to go again. i recommend for everyone to go to destin/seacrest at least once and when you do stay at the emerald views for a comfortable, peaceful time. I can't wait to go again

What a great getaway destination! Just a short walk through a charming coastal community to the picturesque shores of the gulf. Spacious, brand new home with many extras. Love the kitchen, whirlpool bath and double-head shower, and especially the porches, on all three levels, overlooking a lush tropical landscape. Just wish we could have stayed longer!
