This vintage Spanish style building keeps the charming elements, such as Spanish tile, dark wood floors, doors and crown molding in the building common areas and arched doorways, crown molding and many original 1920’s windows in the apartment. The rest of this apartment is remodeled in contemporary style. Enter into the spacious living room with all new furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa, a dining table for four, a large flat screen television and designer touches such as wall sconces, chandeliers and wood slate window shades. Beautiful, sand and white mat marble tile line the floors of this home.
