My wife and I purchased this home when my son was an infant, just crawling. I remember he knocked over the tile display in the model home showroom. We were able to watch the home being built from slab to roof to carpet and tile....what a great experience. My kids are now in 3rd grade and in Kinder. We have had many great trips and a lot of fond memories in the home. We love to go boating and the kids get excited every time we say we are going to the river house. It gives me great joy to watch my kids have experiences that I never had growing up. May the joys of parenting and the childhood adventures live on.

We spent a month in your lovely home and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a perfect location and with no neighbors behind us, or to the one side of us, it was so peaceful and quiet with great mountain views to enjoy from the patio. We met several neighbors and enjoyed going to dinner with them, and visiting with them. Usually we go to a different area every winter, but if we return to Mohave Valley, you’ll be the first to know. You were so friendly and accommodating, making our month long visit very enjoyable, and we truly appreciate your hospitality.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

I could not find a place in Laughlin due to the River Run so I ended up staying in this place near Needles. I wasn't looking forward to the drive (since my plan was to launch at Katherines Landing) but it ended up being one of my best trips ever. The house is outstanding. Extremely convenient. It has anything and everything that you may happen to forget as you're rushing to pack with excitement. Very comfortable and the drive wasn't that bad if you happen to be coming from Lake Mohave at the end of the day. If you like to launch anywhere near Needles. Whether that be Fort Mohave or Park Moabi - this is the place to be. I would just have to ask that you give me a call before you make your plans to be certain that I will not be there that week instead of you - but you can not go wrong with this place (and I have stayed at plenty)!!! Thanks again for the hospitality!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

About the owner: As a manager in the automotive industry, I enjoy my time off with my wife and kids. We like to take trips, go boating, water sports, BBQ's and spending time with family and friends.
Why the Owner Chose Mohave Valley:
We bought this home because we were spending a lot of time on the Colorado River and Lake Mohave. We wanted a home that was close to the activities we liked to do.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Home is only minutes away from the newly remodeled Jack Smith Launch Ramp in Needles CA. We love boating and all the water activities that go along with boating. We can wakeboard, raft and pull up on a beach and have lunch. The kids swim off the beach and build sand castles. When we return home, we can pull out the quads and go riding just outside of our property.
