  The property looked as good as its pictures portrayed maybe even better. It was clean and well maintained and all instructions were clear and concise as provided by the owner. This was a home away from home located within a gated community and did not lack any amenities. Would certainly recommend this property to relatives or friends. There were several nice restaurants in the imediate area including an outlet mall, grocery shopping and many top brand department stores. The location is ideally suited for scenic viewing, attending sport events and generally visiting popular areas. We would definitely consider staying again in the furture and enjoying every aspect of this home and location.

  We had a great visit in Anthem. We love the community. The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well equipped, and the entire house designed to make you comfortable. We would stay there again and would gladly recommend it to anyone. The owners were gracious an accommodating from the beginning to the end.

• Great Vacation!

  This was our first visit to Arizona and this rental was perfect! The listing photos were accurate and the property was well maintained and very clean. The two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house which gave us and our 23 year old daughter privacy when wanted. The beds were very comfortable and slept well. We ate several meals in home and found the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet with little activity. This rental is close to everything-grocery, drug store, gas station and restaurants. We ate one night at Wild Wings (within walking distance) and highly recommend it along with Barro's Pizza Place and Roberto's Mexican Restaurant. This home is not far from I-17 which we jumped on for many of our day trips. The biggest day trip was our visit to the Grand Canyon but it was so worth it! We stayed to watch the sunset and by the time the shuttle brought us back to the area where our car was parked it was dark and there are NO lights to see which way to go! Fortunately we had a cell phone with a flash light app that cast enough light so we could see which direction the parking lot was and where we were walking! You might want to bring a small flashlight if you know you will be leaving in the dark. We also took day trips to Sedona, Flagstaff, Wickenburg (good place for prickly pear ice cream) and Tortilla Flat/Apache Trail. We would like to thank the owner, Ray, for allowing us stay here! He was so easy to work with, very thorough and professional. We couldn't have been happier. We highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed!!

  A wonderful home with everything provided. Beautiful backyard with high end BBQ and fire pit. Close to everything to include outlet stores, several pre-season baseball locations, and the beautiful Anthem community park. We have traveled to Arizona a number of times, and nothing has compared to this home and location. This will be our first choice for any future trips to the area.

  Excellent property in the Anthem AZ gated community with country club access. Well furnished and equipped home with large and comfortable back yard patio. Will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

  We throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Peaceful, private backyard with occasional wildlife visitors. Star gazing is amazing! Convenient to grocery shopping, etc. Quick get-away to the north to open desert, Montezuma's Castle, Jerome, and Sedona. Also close enough to Cave Creek, Carefree, Phoenix, Scottsdale to enjoy all they have to offer - museums, car shows, great restaurants, golf, art fairs. Owners were very accomadating. We're coming back!

  Hi Ray, On behalf of Harry, Sharon (friend), husband Don and myself we’d like to thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home in Anthem. You truly have a lovely place inside, and also the backyard is perfect for enjoying the sunshine, listening/watching the birds etc. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and had gone golfing numerous times throughout Phoenix and Sedona area. The golf courses were fantastic. We had also spent a day up at the Grand Canyon where a few days earlier it had snowed, quite a beautiful site to see with the snow. We also had taken a trip up to Las Vegas, lots of driving for one day. We even took in a NBA game, and a couple of hockey games, and one of the hockey games was Phoenix against Edmonton, one of the few games that Edmonton actually won – scored with 22 seconds left in the third period to win the game. I couldn’t believe how many Edmonton Oiler fans there are in Phoenix (guess it’s all those snow birds from Edmonton). The couple of recommendations you had given us with regards to eateries - Barro’s Pizza (fantastic), and also tried Roberto’s Mexican Food (great food), hopping little restaurant. We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely recommend other people to stay at your beautiful house in Anthem Golf and Country Club.   Great location to spend March break! We had a fantastic time. Beautiful home, very comfortable, and close to many amenities. We especially loved the golfing in the area!! Thanks and we look forward to returning to AZ again.

  House was perfect as we have two small children. The country clubs both have pools so there was lots for us to do. Anthem outlets are very close and excellent family shopping. Lots of great golf courses near by as well. Thank you so Much!!!!!
