We had a very nice stay over Labor Day weekend. The property and house is set up very nicely in a great location right next to the Yellowstone River. Very clean, well appointed house that lacks nothing. Great floor plan, new construction, composite deck...hard to find anything wrong. The highway is close, but with the house laid out the way it is you don't notice it and access is quick and easy. The house is close to Chico Hot Springs, several floating and fishing accesses and about 40 miles from Yellowstone Park. The house made a great backdrop for our family get together. We had a wonderful time and hated to leave...three days was too short!! We will be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

Arriving in the dark we had no idea what the property was like. The morning brought a lovely surprise of snowcapped mountains and the quietly moving river right outside the front door! Surrounded on all sides with an amazing view this house is located less than an hour from Yellowstone Park. The interior had everything we could possibly need and the kitchen was a joy to use! Obviously the owners put a lot of love into this place. I can't wait to go back and bring the rest of my family.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

Absolutely fantastic!! Very beautiful newly built home right on the Yellowstone River. The home is spacious with a wonderful kitchen, comfortable sleeping accommodations and every amenity you need. The scenery is incredible with warm days, cool nights and all the stars you can see!! Just minutes away from Chico Hot Springs, and a short drive to Livingston. The time to Yellowstone National Park was about 45 minutes, and a very beautiful drive. I had not been to this part of Montana before and found it has everything amazing to offer. Yellowstone Park is a must see and after a long day of touring, returning to the comforts of this home was the perfect way to end a journey. I would return anytime, again and again. Highly recommended!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

We spent 5 days here the first week of August. It was a beautiful property and had every thing we needed. Afternoons and evenings were spent on the deck watching the river, mountains, deer, thunder storms, and a million stars. Kitchen was spacious and great for group cooking. Living room was cozy and comfortable. Upstairs bed and private bath was perfect. We can't wait to return!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

Had a very memorable time on the Yellowstone. The house was tremendous ( must be brand new ). The place was nicely appointed with everything we needed for our comfort. Views of the mountains were incredible and the river was only 150 ft away. We loved morning coffee on the deck watching wildlife, including birds and deer. Our group had diverse interests but it seemed that everyone found just what they needed, with some watching wildlife, many heading to Chico hot springs, some off to check out Livingston shops and sites, others fishing ( which was tremendous ), some floating the river to cool off, some relaxing with a good book and all of us day tripping to Yellowstone Park several times. We are still telling each other stories of our adventures and can't wait until next year. We would highly recommend this vacation home. There is still lots more to check out . We will be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.
