This superb, oceanfront, three bedroom,three bath, vacation residence is located in the Leucadia SeaBluff Village on Highway 101 in North County Coastal San Diego, California. When you arrive you will be welcomed by a blooming Hibiscus at the 24-hour guarded gate, towering eucalyptus, and expansive lawns. Amenities include two clubhouses, two swimming pools, five tennis courts, saunas, and a spa.
A special feature of your vacation home is a detached, two-car garage loaded with beach chairs and boogie boards for fun in the sun, surf, and sand on an uncrowded private access beach. As soon as you step onto the oak plank floor of the foyer you feel a nautical adventure about to begin. The sea calls.
Pass by the fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen, the formal balcony dining room, and take a few steps down to the comfortable living room, equipped with a 37 inch Sony TV, VCR, DVD, and Digital Cable. The sea still beckons and draws you out onto the deck where you marvel at the breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean.
Eager to wiggle your toes in the sand you rush to the stairs descending the bluff to the uncrowded beach below. Run on the sand, swim in the surf, ride the waves or lounge in your beach chair imagining faraway lands and castles in the sand.
Delightfully exhausted, at sunset, you retreat to the deck to watch the exact moment when the sun, now a fiery orb, drops below the horizon. Another perfect day ends. Tonight you will fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
Bedroom #1 - the master suite has a king-size bed, a TV, floor to ceiling mirrors, ample drawer and closet space, and a desk if you brought work from the real world with you.
Bedroom #2 - meet the mermaid. Retired from her journeys at the prow of a great sailing ship she now watches the Sea through the second-story Oceanfront Picture windows and presides over a bedroom with 2 Queen-size beds and a Bath with ample drawer and closet space, and a massive roll-top desk.
Bedroom #3 has two separate queen-size beds, ample drawer, and closet space.
