This review is actually for the Upright Downtown Citizen House, which is owned by the same people. We came in with a group of 12 for Bamboozle weekend and had a blast. Vivian is an absolute sweetheart and completely adorable, she even rode over on her pink bike. The house isn't big, but our group was comfortable. The balcony off of the third floor master bedroom is a nice little hangout spot, but the floor is black so it gets extremely hot. A good tanning spot for sure! The house in a diverse neighborhood, however the neighbors are all very nice - a few even came over to hang out. There is a small spanish market around the corner and a Shop Rite about 10 minutes away. Turn left out of the house and you can walk straight to the beach. It's a decent walk, but very manageable and a nice way to end a night at the beach. Bikes are definitely the preferred way to get around in the area, I would recommend renting or bringing some along. The train station is also right around the corner from the house. The only complaint we had was that since the property was brand new, the backyard was essentially a pile of dirt, but I'm sure it has been seeded by now. We were the first to rent this house but certainly won't be the last. See you next year Viv!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Our family loved, loved the FIG TREE HOUSE. A week of memories that will not be forgotten. PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!!!!! Best location a block from the beach, attaractions, and restaurants. Well equipped designer kitchen with upscale appliances Fabulous shower with jets and steam in master bath. Comfy beds. Large dining area for many people. Spacious front porch with ample porch furniture. Gracious hosts providing us with many helpful suggestions and guidance around AP. Large capacity washer and dryer We would hesitate to recommend this wonderful beach to families and groups. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Beautiful House - we rented both floors and they exceeded our expectations! Kitchens - gorgeous! Bathrooms - Gorgeous! Living areas - Gorgeous! Steam shower - Gorgeous! We grilled, ate at the terrific area restaurants, strolled the boardwalk - thoroughly enjoyed the nightlife!
