My husband and I stayed at this vacation home Jan, Feb, & March 2013. The house has fantastic views of the Banana River. The whole back of the house which is the livingroom and master bedroom is all glass. The livingroom walks out onto a deck overlooking the river, which is great for eating breakfast in the morning. The sunrises are just beautiful. Everyday you will see dolphins and manatees, we even saw Osprays catching fish and taking them to their nest just down the street. The house was very clean, the eat in kitchen has all new cabinets and floors and as you stand washing the dishes the views are great. The listing photos were helpful and the house is even nicer than the pictures show.The owner was very helpful with questions I had about the property. You can fish right off the dock and can see the cruise ships docked at Port Canaveral. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but only 1 mile to the main highway with lots of restaurants and shopping .You are only 3 miles from the ocean and Cocoa Beach.
