The cottage is located in the beautiful gardens of Casa Lisroyan. It sleeps up to six, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom, and fold up beds if required for the lounge, bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen with gas cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, as well as a living and dining area with satellite TV, VCR, DVD & CD. Wireless Broadband internet connection is available and this includes the rental of a Skype USB telephone. There is a large covered terrace which overlooks the spacious gardens and leads to the private swimming pool. A sun roof of approximately 40 square meters provides a perfect sun trap. There is also a separate annex available which sleeps two people and has its own bathroom. Please note that the owner does have 2 friendly dogs.

There are many activities just a short drive from the cottage. Aqualand, a giant water park set among lawns and palms with a huge array of pools and slides is located just two kilometers away at Alcantarilha. Zoomarine, part zoo and part theme park with amazing shows and much more is five kilometers away at Guia. A bird sanctuary is located two kilometers away as well as some beautiful walks. Some of the Algarves finest golf courses are within 15 minutes drive.

The Algarve is famous for its wonderful sandy beaches. Armacao de Pera has the longest beach of the Algarve - over three kilometers of long sandy beaches and small rocky coves. Praia Grande is just ten minutes away in a conservation area with wonderful sand dunes. All the beaches have several restaurants perfect for lunch or dinner.

Supermarkets are close by, with two excellent supermarkets in Armacao de Pera as well as a wonderful market. At Guia (just five kilometers away) there is the Algarves newest and largest shopping centre with hipermarket, over 130 shops and 30 restaurants as well as nine cinemas showing the current releases in English. Gypsy markets for bargain hunters are all within 30 minutes drive.

Monarch Scheduled and Easyjet offer budget flights from London based airports and Thompson Fly now offer budget flights from Bournemouth International Airport, Robin Hood Airport - Doncaster and Sheffield. Please check with you local airport for airlines that fly direct to Faro.
