Why the Owner Chose Petoskey: The location of the multible city lots enable one to enjoy both living in Petoskey and have the solitude of the country. It is a little hard to find. I provide additional directions besides the street address.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage: This cottage sits on multiple lots, secluded in the middle of town. Look at the Petoskey map to see this in town hideaway. Because of the proximity to the Bear River, there is an abundance of wildlife year round. Large pine trees and other mature shade trees along with flower gardens create a park like setting.
