  This was a wonderful vacation home. The pool area was wonderful and the kitchen was fully equiped. We had a wonderful vacation and would rent it again!

  We're from New Hampshire, and we stayed at the Secret Oasis for a week with our friends from Connecticut. The timing was perfect, as we were about to hang ourselves after struggling through never ending snow storms. We were very excited looking forward to our vacation in Ft. Lauderdale, especially thinking about the pictures of the Secret Oasis. When we arrived, we knew we had chosen just the right place. The home is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, the beds are incredibly comfortable, there is every appliance, dish and cookware anyone could want, and the backyard with pool, spa, outdoor furniture and fabulous landscaping is a very special, serene and totally relaxing living space. We will definitely come back to to stay at the Secret Oasis, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience in Ft. Lauderdale. Thank you Tom and Denis!   Our family of 5 spent 8 days there and loved every minute of it. Just to hang around at the beautiful pool area was so much fun and relaxing. The best part was how tropical and private it feels. The property manager made us feel so welcome and was so helpful. The house is so clean , great beds and the attention to detail was perfect. We would highly recommend this house!!!!!

  I was a bit nervous renting a house for a month. But those nerves were all allayed the minute I walked into this house. The house is exactly as it appears. Nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, good beds. The only surprise is that the pictures do NOT do the back yard justice. It's terrific. And be forewarned, you might not want to leave the back yard for the beach. Pool and spa are heated and terrific. It's a VERY secluded and private large backyard. This house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. As with everything in Fort Lauderdale, you will need a car. But this neighborhood is away from the 'hubbub' of downtown. Truth be told, there's really not a lot of places to walk to from here. But if what you're looking for is a quiet, spotless, relaxing place to get away from it...and use as a base from exploring, than this house is perfect. What you come to appreciate is that so many details have been considered...right down to little things like a sewing kit, first aid kit for when you inevitably cut your finger, insect spray, extra large beach towels and extra sunscreen. And an extremely well equipped kitchen. Those are just some of the great details. And Ronald, who manages the property, lives just two doors down....he's so good you won't see him, unless you need him. I needed to be able to do work from the house while there, and they made sure I had what I needed to work away from home. I can offer a full recommendation for this property with no hesitations.

  Myself and extended family stayed in the secret oasis over the Xmas Holidays. Having rented several properties in south florida until now, this one really exceeded expectations. It is not a mansion, but extremly well kept, nicely furnished property with superb pool area. House is very clean and has all the amenities you can think of. Pool and hot tub are great and with the surrounding garden create a real oasis. "Housekeeper" living 50 yards away from the house is for sure a bonus. Can highly recommend the property, sleeps easily 6 persons and the nice pool area makes you not wanting to check out or go to the beach...

  We have just returned from our holiday in Fort Lauderdale. The house was excellent in all ways. We were a group of 6 young people who have spent 2.5 weeks in this beautiful house. All our expectations were met or even exceeded! Anything you might possibly need for your stay was provided. The house was very clean and well decorated. The back garden is a very pleasant area in which to enjoy the South Florida weather. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and the relaxing hot tub. the backyard landscape is absolutely private and is beautifully designed. I probably wouldn't change anything about this home. You just can't find anything better! We highly recommend this house

  We stayed in this house in April 2012 and found it exactly as described. We were interested in visiting Florida to see its beaches, the Everglades, Fort Lauderdale and Miami and this house is in a perfect location to comfortably explore all those locations on day trips. However, it would also suit many as a house to go to do very little, as its outside area especially is perfect for lazy days soaking up the sun. Undoubtedly the highlight of the property, the outdoor space is beautifully designed and landscaped and is absolutely private. As well as the pool and jacuzzi, there are sun loungers, outdoor sofa chairs and a dining set so plenty of space for a full house of guests. Inside is also nicely decorated, well equipped and most importantly, very clean! It is set up with an alarm system (not always the case in private vacation rentals) which is reassuring, as is knowing there is a friendly caretaker who lives locally, if ever needed. We all really enjoyed our stay here. Just to note: a car is essential, even if you only plan on a lazy vacation, as there isn't much within walking distance.

  The house was just as nice as expected in the pictures. The combined kitchen&dining&living&library area is beautiful with its airy furnishing and large windows, and the 3 bedrooms are private & comfortable. The backyard with the pool&spa and fences of palm trees is just so relaxing. The assigned neighbourg was welcoming us, and although everything was running smoothly it was comforting to know that he was close by. We gladly recommend this house.

  We spent a very comfortable and relaxing week. The house was beautifully decorated, clean,and provided anything you might possibly need for your stay. Loved the salt water pool and the secluded little patio oasis! This is where we spent most of the week as the weather was perfect. Ronald was very pleasant and helpful with any questions we might have had. The only negative is the actual distance to Wilton Manors. We found you really need a car to reach most restaurants and shopping but would definitely recommend this property. It has the feel of your own personal resort in the middle of Ft Lauderdale.

  We have spent in this beautiful house 2 weeks. I must say, the pictures are nothing in comparison with the reality. The house is even more beautiful!!! When we got in for the first time, we felt inmediately in love with this house!!! The house is very clean, and you can find everything you need to live there. One can see, the owners payed a lot of attention to every detail. The kitchen is well equipped (one doesn`t miss anything), barbecue evenings are no problem! The beds are very comfortable, the bedrooms too. The description here is very accurate, and it is really like they describe it. The pool and spa are fantastic!!!! The backyard is also very comfortable, different sitting places, where one can spend a beautiful time. Towels, linens, everything is there, a washer and dryer too. The owners are very cute, they provided us not only with excellent information about the house, but also with information about places and restaurants to visit in the neighbourhood. If we had questions, they answered almost inmediately! Best service!!!We would also like to mention, the neighbours who take care of the house, were very friendly and we could call them whenever we needed anything. Just resuming, whenever we come back to Fort lauderdale, we will surely take this house again. And we would of course recommend this property to our friends!!! Bernd and Laura from Germany
