This centrally located villa is at walking distance from Glenview Country Club aside from this championship golf course you will find Tennis and Swimming a Restaurant and Shop. You can also reach Glenview in our GOLF Cart which is is fully loaded with lights and turn signals for either day or night travel.

The neighborhood is great and the neighbors are so welcoming.

My husband and I spent April 2012 at this villa and absolutely loved it. The villa was beautifully decorated the lanai was spectacular! The listing description was accurate and the owner was extremely helpful and gracious. The villa had everything you would ever need. The property was very clean and very well maintained. The villa is located just across the street from Glenview and very close to Nancy Lopez championship courses, and provided easy access to both Town Squares and to shopping and restaurants. We loved the villa and the location. Highly recommend Glenview Restaurant and golf course and Nancy Lopez restaurant..did not get to golf Nancy Lopez this year. Cane restaurant was also wonderful. Our experience at this villa was absolutely perfect; we were there for the month of Dec; it was accurately described, even better; very well appointed and beyond amenities! It was also very well maintained and extremely clean; like a model villa, couldn't be better! Beautiful furniture, a very spacious lanai, with a fountain! A lovely neighborhood, close to restaurants, golf and shopping centers; The best golf and restaurant is 5 min. away, Glen View; best shopping , ie Publix. drug store, hair salon, postal outlet etc. at Southern Trace Mall, 15 min via golf cart. We feel extremely fortunate to have had this experience! The owner was very gracious and extremely helpful with any concerns we may have had; no stone left unturned; actually we have, in that short period of time, become great friends; also the neighbors are very friendly and helpful to new guests! I would highly recommend this villa to a new or returning guest of The Villages!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
