Our townhome was given a complete make over in September 2011. You will want to book your vacation at our re-decorated villa and enjoy all of the extras we offer. It is conveniently located 18 miles north of the Kona International Airport in Waikoloa Beach Resort.
Our Private end unit Villa has one of the best locations in the complex. It is located on the 15th Fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course in the luxury gated community of Waikoloa Colony Villas.
This two story villa is an end unit with 17 ft. ceilings and beautiful sunlight. There is no one above or below you so you can relax in a quiet home-like atmosphere with all the amenities you need to have an enjoyable vacation. We provide FREE INTERNET service so you can stay connected.
You will enjoy comfortable furnishings with an island flair including new dining room furniture. The gourmet kitchen, featuring granite counters and GE appliances, has everything you need for eating in. Relax on the lanai while watching the golfers go by. The living room has a new 50 inch flat screen TV and a new Wifi enabled, Blu Ray DVD player.
Your privacy is guaranteed with a bedroom and bath on each level of our 2-story townhome. The main floor includes a guest room with a queen bed, island furnishings and a TV; a full bath; and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer.
The upstairs master suite has a King bed, new furniture, a new 32 inch flat screen TV & DVD player, ceiling fan and private lanai with views of the golf course. There is also a spacious walk-in closet. The master bathroom features marble counters, dual sinks, separate shower and soaking tub.
We also include everything you need for a great day at the beach: beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards & sand toys. There is also a reserved parking place so you are guaranteed a spot.
The WAIKOLOA COLONY VILLAS is a private gated community located on the 15th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. For your enjoyment there are two swimming pools, hot tub, gas barbecues, air conditioned fitness center and tennis courts.
WAIKOLOA BEACH RESORT is a self contained resort. We had a great 10 day stay. Very, very quiet. Everything in the condo was just as listed. The kitchen was well equipped and having a washer and dryer was great. Nice pools and grounds. Walked every day to watch whales at the beach. Will be back and have told friends and relatives. Mechelle was great setting everything up. Can't wait to return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+.

Aloha Mechelle, We enjoyed our golfing vacation immensely. Your unit provided a comfortable "home" base which was peaceful and quiet with lots of space. Instructions for arrival and departure were extensive and easy to follow. The condo was clean, well maintained and equipped with all the amenities in the listing description. The unit is located near shopping, golf courses and the beach. We loved the beautiful pool and jacuzzi which were really appreciated after long walks and a day on the golf course. This property is a beautiful, very clean and tastefully decorated place to spend your downtime while on the Big Island. The location is within easy driving distance to most recreation on the west side. The lanai is a great place to relax, have a drink or eat. The owners instruction to get there, enter the complex and get into the condo were very explicit and easy to follow. I'll come back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

Aloha -- My husband and I arrived at this villa on January 1 for a month's stay. We found it exactly as described, very nicely furnished, clean and welcoming. Mechelle has provided extremely prompt and very helpful responses to our questions. The location is quiet with no traffic or other noises -- yet the pool is within a very short walk. The kitchen is well equipped and has a selection of staples provided. Friends will be joining us for two weeks and with the arrangement of bedrooms and bahrooms there will be plenty of privacy for all. We had great fun this afternoon at free Ukelele lessons at Queen's Marketplace which provides many complementary activies and events.
