Stylish Modern apartment with amazing view of Paris
Keywords: Located in the Triangle D'or: Rue Daguerre and his area is one of those neighborhoods that make you think you are within the heart of a tiny village and not of Paris. More than just a shopping street, you will find here a fish shop, bakery, butcher, cheese shop and everything you could dream of, including many pleasant restaurants.
The neighbourhood is safe, very pleasant and absolutely Parisian. The closest RER stop, Denfert Rochereau, is directly connected to both Parisian airports, which is extremely covenient. In less than 15 minutes, by RER or by bus, you can reach downtown. This location is absolutely exceptional. The quietness, proximity, comfort and sweetness of life around this Paris rental flat will just charm you.

Our family stayed in this apartment for two weeks in June. There were three of us, myself, my wife and our teenaged son. We were very happy with the unit. It is clean and well maintained, with everything provided: linen, bedding, plates, cutlery, etc. There is a good wifi signal as well as satellite television. This unit has a separate bedroom and a sofa in the living room that converts into s spacious bed. It's about a five minute walk to the metro (Denfert Rochereau) and is on a relatively quiet street, rue Brezin, off the main avenue General Leclerc. Again, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this apartment. However, please note that this apartment is on an upper floor and is a walk up. We had no problem using the stairs but it may not be suitable for anyone who has issues with mobility.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This is a lovely little apartment in a nice, quiet Montparnasse neighborhood within a 5 minute walk to the Metro. It is small but we were able to fit all 4 of us comfortably enough except in the bathroom, but that's not typically a place to hang out. Pros: Location - Nice area with a very short walk to the Mouton-Duvernet (4) & Denfert-Rocereau (RER-B) stations. The patisserie next door has excellent croissants and pain au chocolat and there are two small grocery stores on the street. Comfortable - Two large windows in front and one in back make for a nice cross flow of air. Value - Rent was very reasonable for Paris, particularly in Montparnasse. Cons: Stairs - This is a 6th floor walk up with a spiral staircase & no elevator. The first day was tough but after walking around Paris, we decided that they were not that bad. After climbing up Notre Dame, Sacre Coeur & the Eiffel Tower, these stairs were much easier than those. Internet - I could not connect either of my laptops to the network. My laptops couldn't even see the network. However, my Kindle Fire, iPad & 2 iPods could connect. Kitchen (minor) - The oven is a counter top "toaster-type" oven. There is no microwave. Bed (fouton) - The fouton in the living room that my children slept on was not as comfortable as the bed in the bedroom. Phone - There is no phone. I had to go set up a cell at a local store (cost ~$30 Euros).Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
