The 2nd bedroom includes 2 twin beds, dresser and full closet and is perfect for smaller children or teenagers. The den can double as a 3rd bedroom as it has a queen sleeper sofa with full armoire and 32" LCD T.V.The Great room boasts vaulted ceilings, 2 leather sofa's , a 42" LCD T.V. with Comcast digital cable, Playstation 3, DVD player, and Blu Ray. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and scenery on the comfortable conversation set for 4 in the very private screened in Lanai. The Kitchen is fully stocked with a Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Cutlery, Dishes, Pots/Pans, Cups and Glasses. Our Villa also features an in suite Laundry Room with washer,dryer and hanging rod. The outside features a beautifully landscaped private front and backyard, 2 car attached garage and Pool with Clubhouse that is a 5 minute walk from our suite. The Clubhouse features a full kitchen, natural gas bbq, library, card tables, T.V. and social events.

We are at the end of our month-long stay in this lovely villa. Everything here is very clean, tasteful, and extremely comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting on the lanai with the ceiling fan and lush foliage background. The neighborhood is quiet, with friendly people. We also enjoyed exploring the Venice area, as this was our first stay here. The shops in historic Venice are fun to browse in. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone considering a Venice vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+.

We are in the middle of spending January and February (2012) here in Venice and our experience has been enhanced by our accommodations. This villa has been a delight! Located in a wonderful neighbourhood filled with smiling people. We were delighted on arrival to find the villa is everything the description suggested, and more. The furnishing are comfortable, the lanai is a haven when searching for a quiet moment to read or have a stimulating conversation with your guests. AND, the unit is sparkling CLEAN!!!! So important to your comfort when beginning an extended stay. The owner has been a pleasure to deal with and has been quick to respond to any question or concern. To add to the pleasure of the visit, there are more golf courses within a 30 minute drive than you can imagine. If golf is not your "thing", access to beautiful beaches, great shopping, and rustic villages that offer a special mood are all around. (Don't miss an afternoon in Englewood....you'll be sorry!!) We're having a super time....and if we return to Venice, this owner will be our first call!Recommended for: Age 55+.
