Lake House 3 bedroom/3 full bathrooms (handicap accessible) on 5 acres located south of Paris Landing Tn, KY Lake on the Big Sandy River. Ky Lake is world famous for its excellent Crappie and Bass fishing and water activities.
The property is located in a quiet country setting with all the features of home that sleeps up to 12 persons and plenty of room for family holiday's. You can relax on two large screened in porches and watch deer and turkey while enjoying your morning coffee or take a stroll down to the water located at the end of the property about 100 yards. Fully equiped kitchen, all linens furnished. Newly installed WI-FI included.
Multiple launching ramps are located with 5 minutes of the property so getting in and out of the water are a breeze.
With plenty of parking for multiple boats you never have to unhook your boat while battery charging and fish cleaning stations are located on the property.
A commerical ice machine and freezer allow you to store your catch or a fish fryer is provided to cook your catch
at the end of the day.
The lake house has a warm family feeling that is just like home complete with all new furniture and the necessities provided to make your vacation memorable.
All you need to bring is your food and toileties.

I wanted to say that this home was everything they said it would be and more. It could easily equal my home in comfort, furnishing, kitchen and appliances. It is not your typical rental lake house. Thank you for the wonderful time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

This home is beautiful. Plenty of room to spread out. Great screened in patios. Peaceful surroundings. Lake within walking distance.Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

This house was perfect for our group of twelve. We all had lots of room to relax together and enjoy the peace and quiet. The teenagers actually enjoyed interacting without the interference of their cell phones but the wi-fi came in handy for quiet time. I would not hesitate to recommend this house for any group. We look forward to staying at Foulks Hideaway the next time we're in the area.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The home is outstanding with all amenities being top of the line. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. The property is very isolated and peaceful. Cell coverage is limited and it takes 35 minutes to get to town. If you are looking for a beautiful home far from a populated area, this is the property for you! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The owners are helpful, informative, friendly and more than willing to make your stay a memorable one. The boat ramp is near for us fisherman but if you don't fish, you can just relax and sit on either the front or back screened in porch. We cooked a lot of meals and all the equip, dishes, and other appliances are top notch. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed with this rental.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed at this home a couple months back! It was everything I could have wanted out of a vacation home! We felt at home the moment we walked in! It was decorated SO very pretty and it was so clean that I felt like I was the first person to ever stay in it! I am a stickler when it comes to cleanliness and this house gets a 10! Very roomy, very comfy, and very well-maintained! Awesome yard with two awesome porches! The owners went above and beyond to answer questions for us! They had even left us a list of local attractions and good restaurants to eat at! I would, without a doubt, recommend this lovely home to anyone!! We enjoyed our family reunion on Thanksgiving at this property. We had enough room for all to be comfortable and the kids could play in the very large open yard very safely. Many comfortable amenities were provided. It was a quiet retreat with no access to Internet and very spotty cell service; just what we needed to ensure engagement by the teenagers. Thank you to the owners who answered all questions quickly. Highly recommend, stayed over the 4th of July w/ family, 4 adults and 3 children. Pleny of sleeping room and bathrooms. Very clean and lots of space to relax, extremely comfortable. Best assets: great eating area and kitchen,very roomy. Kitchen well stocked with necessary equipment to prepare meals. Large back porch to entertain and relax, plenty of ice available. Off the main road so it is safe for children playing outdoors. Location well suited to fishermen and hunters. Spent evenings watching the TV, and playing card games, daytime activities included: fishing, swimming, boating, skiing and enjoying family. Owners were very helpful, would love to spend our next family event here!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My group of thirteen people had an amazing Labor Day weekend at this home. The house was very clean, very well equipped, and an all around wonderful place. When the owners built this house, it is very apparent that they spared no expense. The sheets, bedding, and towels are very plush and soft and the appliances were all top of the line. All of the pictures and discriptions were accurately stated. I would certainly recommend this property to a friend of relative. The owners are incredible. They made sure we got there and found the property - even though we got there around nine o'clock. They also made sure we were happy with the house and we had everything we needed. I would certainly go back in a heart beat!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
