This 2nd floor spacious summer condo sits on one of the most desired lots on the south end of the island between 37th and 38th Central Ave. Just one property between you and the beach. There is no street to cross with a quick walk to the beach. It has breathtaking ocean views and is bright, airy and immaculate. It is not your typical rental, as it is only rented in July and August. Enjoy your coffee on the deck and watch and hear the peaceful waves in this beautifully decorated and very comfortable beachview home with high cathedral ceilings, skylights and windows for extra light. It has all the conveniences and comforts of home, with fully equipped kitchen with island. Four bedrooms with master bedroom with bathroom and shower. Master and King bedrooms have new mattresses and lead to large deck. Outside enclosed shower and roomy rear and front decks with patio furniture. There is driveway parking and garage with opener. Wireless internet, cable TV, HBO and DVD in living room. Cable TV and DVD in master and cable TV in king room. 4 beachtags are suppplied , which are to be left in home upon departure. This neighborhood is more quiet and less crowded than the center of town. No groups under 25. Maximum of 8 people. No weekend or off season rentals. 7 night minimum. Sat. to Sat. rental.
Ocean City's eight miles of beautiful beaches were rated one of the Best Family Beaches in America by the Travel Channel. Ocean City's two and a half mile boardwalk is lined up with shops and restaurants of every kind, Music Pier, movie theaters, amusement rides, miniature golf courses, and a water park like no other! Stroll or morning bike riding on the boardwalk which runs from 23rd to 1st Sts. Downtown Ocean City spans from 6th to 11th Streets on Asbury Avenue and provides a unique shopping experience featuring art galleries, dining, boutiques, jewelry stores and specialty shops. The City provides a wide variety of restaurants. 2 miles away is a new library, fitness and community center with pool and golf course. A few blocks away at 34th St. you can find playgound, tennis & basketball courts, bike rental, supermarket, convenience stores, ice cream parlor and restaurants. Local trolley at corner runs all day through midnight from 59th St. to the boardwalk all summer long. Boardwalk and amusements are easily accessible by car or the trolley. Atlantic City with their casinos and world class restaurants is a 25 minute ride to the North or to the South are Stone Harbor, Cape May County Zoo, Cape May and Wildwood.

Just spent two weeks at this property and all went perfectly. House was ready for our arrival, very clean and offered the most wonderful views of the ocean. The location is perfect - literally just steps from the beach or walk out front and jump on the trolley to take you to downtown OC or boardwalk and we avoided the hassle of parking & traffic. We also were able to walk to 34th Street to go out to dinner, run into Hoys or get some ice cream. Owner of the home was wonderful to work with and made the whole process so simple.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family has been renting this home almost every Summer since it was built. Every vacation here is as pleasant as the last - relaxing and stress free. With a great view and bright, spacious accomidations there's not much else to want. The location is excellent with the advantages of beach front at a lower cost.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
