Sleeping accommodations for 10 +: With 5 oversized bedrooms featuring queen and king size beds, each guest will have the privacy of their own personal full bathroom attached. The downstairs bedroom is great for a nanny or mother-in-law. The master suite has incredible ocean views and the balcony is designed for watching sunsets or star gazing - fireplace adds to the ambiance. The master bathroom has a jetted tub, private shower, and sauna. Two other guest bedrooms upstairs making it easy to sleep 10 with room to spare. The 5th bedroom can be used as a den and has fireplace and great ocean views.
Private Beach:
With nothing but sand and beach below, this home sits a top a bluff with the beach a dramatic drop straight down. Beach access to the private beach is available by walking or driving .3 miles to the clubhouse and taking a short stroll down a path that leads past a gorgeous private park setting with a waterfall and lilly pond. The beautiful sandy beach is great for surfing or boogie boarding, sand volleyball, and kayaking. Enjoy the use of a community pool, spa, and tennis courts. The private beach is between Calafia and Trestles. Trestles hosts the annual world tour surfing competition. T-Street beach is one of the locals favorites a short drive north and the famous pier is one of the best known landmarks of this area.

The house is spacious, elegant, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. There were 10 of us staying in the house and never did we feel crowded – everyone loved having their own bathroom! You'll find yourself spending a lot of time on the patio(s) with that gorgeous view of the ocean. We never tired of watching sunsets and hearing the waves crash on the shore! There is no direct access to the beach but it's a 10 minute walk through the quiet, residential area. The beach itself is clean, pristine, and secluded. There's also a really nice pool and hot tub at the clubhouse. No complaints here!Owner response: Thank you for your review. It was such a great home. Tons of space, comfortable beds and a great kitchen. Amazing views of the ocean and a great private home. Next time were in San Clemente we are going to stay here. ThanksRecommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
