Gorgeous, large, three bedroom, three bath, townhouse villa within two blocks of ocean. This Non-Smoking, townhouse condominium has been completely refurnished with carpet & ceramic tile throughout. New furnishings,living room and dining room furniture. Large entertainment center in living room with 40" flat plasma screen HD-TV, stereo and DVD player. New appliances, including garbage disposal and full-size washer/dryer.
On the first floor, is a master bedroom and bath with queen-size bed. Upstairs, are two additional bedrooms with private large bathrooms. One bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The other bedroom has two twin beds which can be made into a King at your request. New queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. All bed linens are luxurious and very comfortable. All beds are equipped with upgraded pillow-top mattresses. There are TV's in all bedrooms. The Twin Bedroom also has a DVD player.
WI-FI High speed internet is available at no additional charge.
You will not be disappointed in this unit. It is very spacious with the largest floor plan in the Ocean Breeze Complex. There are three private pools and tennis court in the complex with less than two minute walk. Pools have abundant lounge chairs with either sun or shade. The ocean is a shady two blocks with an attractive access.
This is a "Pet-Friendly" unit and complex, however, we must approve your well-behaved, house-broken pet in advance. We require a statement from your vet showing your pet is up-to-date on rabies shots, flea and tick programs and bordatello shots. Pets must be totally house-broken. There is a non-refundable pet fee.
Weekly Rentals are Saturday through Saturday during prime season.
There are five “older beach worn” bicycles located at the unit that you may use if you so desire. We try to keep these bikes in as good a shape as possible when we are there. We do this by riding each of them and correcting any issues that we find. As you probably know when bikes have to be left outside at the beach they are subjected to the salty atmosphere 24 hours a day and this is quite rough on them and can cause issues.
One of the issues that is quite normal is having to pump up bike tires on a regular basis. There is a bike tire pump located on the inside of the condo in the kitchen pantry. You have to provide the muscle power! You will have to call on your experience gained when you were a kid growing up to try and take care of any issues you might find with these bikes. They are all 26” with no childrens bikes included.
If you want nice new bikes as well as a child’s bike you can always take the option of renting them for the number of days you want. There are several bike rental companies within a 2 or 3 mile radius. They normally run about $25.00 each per week. You can drive down to Coligny Circle and intersect with Pope Avenue where there are rental companies. They will also deliver and pick-up your rental bikes there at the condo.
There is a “Beach Wagon” there with inflatable tires for you to pull to beach if you desire. It comes in handy for hauling your beach chairs, coolers, beach shovels, sand-buckets and etc..

4/6/09 We spent the month of March at 45 Ocean Breeze. Our stay could not have been more enjoyable. The layout of the condo is great (very nice TV area), the neighbors friendly (many return year after year), and the kitchen well-appointed. Wireless internet is set to go. My elderly Mom took the first floor bedroom and she was very comfortable there. A short walk takes you to one of the best beaches in the country. It was a wonderful choice for our multi-generational group

We privately own this villa and supply and maintain it in the best condition possible. We normally stay in the villa at least 6-8 times a year and make sure everything is kept in top-knotch shape.
We searched a long time on Hilton Head all other SC beaches and fell in love with this spacious villa. Every bedroom has a private bath. So nice and convenient to everything on the island.

We stayed here for 2 weeks with 4 teenagers, my mother and her husband and family dog. Everyone had a great time and did not want to leave the island. Location is great teenagers can be independant and bike everywhere they need to go. The condo was loaded with extras for the renters! We have stayed several places in HHI and this was our best stay so far! We will be back as soon as we can!! The owners were wonderful to deal with!!

Overall the condo looked as it did in the photos, and the owners were easy to deal with. We drove from Michigan to HH with 2 children, a senior, and a dog. It was a very long trip. Updon arrive at the condo, we were surprised to walk in and the condo had not been cleaned. However, the owners quickly sent in the cleaning crew and it was resolved. The owner however, did not follow up with me to make sure everything was taken care of. The condo layout was great. In general it was a little outdated, and the carpets were in desparate need of cleaning, so much that we had to buy candles, and lysol stray to make the place smell pleasant. Overall, I would not rate it 5 stars.
Owner response: To all of our guest, we take great pride in trying to make our villa the way we would expect to find it when we walk in. It doesn't matter whether it is a VRBO unit for a week or a hotel room for a one night stay. It truly pains us when this is not what our guests find upon arrival. This guest called us at 2:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon. They said the unit was not clean yet. We told them check-in was not until 4 pm and we would get in touch with our cleaning folks and get back in touch. We called back and told them the situation. It was cleaned by 4 pm. They said the carpets also needed cleaning badly. We had the villa deep cleaned on on the week between 3/13 and 3/26 except for carpets. They were not cleaned at that time. We offered to have carpet cleaners out immediately on the Monday after they arrived on Saturday if all possible. We told them we would do whatever they desired. They chose not to have them cleaned during their stay. Carpets were cleaned three days after their departure and before our next guests stay. We also tell all our guests in our e-mails to please call us at any time during their stay with any issues they may have. The phone numbers we can always be reached at are listed at the bottom all our correspondence to them. They are correct in saying we did not call them back. We should have done that. We will be calling them to apologize for any mistakes or misunderstandings on our part. Again, as we stated above the cleaners had called us to tell us the villa was ready (by 4:00 check-in time). This unit was completed renovated in 2004. We do our very best to keep this villa in a pristine condition, well-stocked and up-to-date furnishings. It is very much as we state on our VRBO website as you can tell from most all our reviews. Our aim and goal is to please all our guests and again to treat them as we would like to be treated.

We stayed here in March and this condo was large and had everything we needed including bikes my family enjoyed riding to the beach (less than 5 minute bike ride to public beach and Coligny Plaza). The unit surpassed our expectations, the neighbors we met were friendly, and Ocean Breeze is quiet and tucked away from the main road but still near all the attractions my family was interested in!

My family and I stayed in this condo during March. The place was very nice and clean! The owners were very accommodating to our needs and made sure our stay was pleasant. Would highly recommend this condo! I feel sure we will be renting from them again! Also, our Yorkies enjoyed their stay too!!

This large and airy condo is very well maintained and so comfortable. Four of us Seniors and our dogs spent the week of October 24th here and had a super week. Fred and Jacque are the most accommodating owners we have ever experienced in our years of renting condos and cabins. We would highly recommend this place to our friends and family.

5 adults, a 2 year old, and two dogs visited this condo in mid-Aug 2008 and found it adequate and met our needs. This was our 1st visit to HHI and found more things to do than time in which to do them. The Pitts were very professional and I appreciated a single price, which even included sales tax. Recommend you visit the visitor center 1st to help plan your activities. Don't miss Savannah!
