Spectacular condo with 2 private suites. Golf course and swimming pool are steps away. Condo has both front and back patios with gated private entrance. Also close to private guarded gate entrance. Views of mountains and golf course at the same time(breathtaking). Close by is El Paseo Drive, famous for shopping and dining. We are also close to Palm Springs, La Quinta, various casino's, Idywilld, and the Salton Sea.

We enjoyed our stay at your property. Your home was very comfortable and we definetly felt "at home". The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. As well the townhouse was equipped with the essential amenities. The pool was literally steps from the back patio. We were happy the weather cooperated and we used the pool daily (swimming laps & sun tanning). The waterbed in the master bedroom was a "surprise" but very comfortable. (No pressure points - ergo - no morning back pain -- yeah!!!) Our landlords were very accomodating. Thank you Lou & Lynn for a very relaxing vacation. Great vacation in this very clean and well equipped spacious condo.We were very impressed with all the amenities; the pool was close and overall great location to enjoy all the desert has to offer.We would definitly recommend to our friends and family and hope to be renters again. Lynn thank you so very much, you were so prompt with all our communications and left great instructions for getting to and exiting the property. Again thank you for sharing your desert home. About the owner: I have been in the wine wholesale business for 40 years and enjoy dining, entertaining, golf, and of course wine. My wife and I also enjoy spending time with our adult children and grandchildren.
Why the Owner Chose Monterey Country Club:
We searched the desert for a while before settling on Monterey Country Club. It is always clean and kept up very well. Also very secure and private and close to shopping, dining and all activities. We especially enjoy our condo location as it is steps away from a shaded pool and you can spend a very quiet afternoon there.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We have made good friends in the desert and enjoy visiting with them. Also when at our condo, it always feels like we are on vacation.
