Shopping at Bay Village, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Batting cages, Miniature Golf, Ice Cream and Water Slide are all just 2 blocks toward the bay. Local elementary school with playground and basketball court is a block away. Also included are 5 beach badges.
House has oceanviews from third floor room and deck (see pictures), central air conditioning, wood floors throughout, luxury kitchen with many extras including Corian counter tops and stainless steel gas/convection oven, as well as an open living room with cathedral ceilings, sky lights, and ceiling fan. Oh, and let's not forget the Outdoor shower!! Pets are NOT permitted. Internet available during July and August.

Just wanted to tell you what a great time my family had at 705 Atlantic! My kids got addicted to "Megatouch"..they are going thru withdrawal!!!!!!!!!!! My husband and I also enjoyed the home. The balconies were very enjoyable as we got to have breakfast and cocktails outside. Might consider upgrading the cable package next year. All around it was the best vacation we had since I was little and I was very disappointed to leave yesterday! Thanks again for the house Fondly, Judy

Your house is great! It was very clean, well-kept and within walking distance of just about anywhere we wanted to go. The kids enjoyed having a tv with a dvd player in the bedroom. We were surprised by the nice stereo system. Having an outdoor shower was great too. We are going to decide by the end of the year if we are going to LBI next summer, if so I'll contact you about renting. We really enjoyed staying at your house. We will be in touch. Jessica

We loved the house! The area has so much to do and we never really had to get in the car... yoga at the middle school just a block away, boat charters and the Surflight Theater just to mention some. One small thing, a small tool kit would be handy for little things that pop up. We'll be back again next year!

Steve, Thanks again. As far as the feedback you asked for, I think the location is great. We really like LBI. I think you can get everything you have further south at LBI, plus probably even better restaurants and stuff to do. Everything at the beach house was really great. I think the place was very comfortable and had really everything we needed. I guess one thing you might do is put a few maps of the area in the drawer and any info on restaurants or activities that you recommend. Take it easy, Dave
