Atlantic Ave., between 7th & 8th Streets - see map link under "Links to more information" below), and within walking distance to just about everything: 4 houses from the beach, Shopping at Bay Village, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Miniature Golf, Ice Cream and Water Slide are all just 2 blocks toward the bay. Local elementary school with playground and basketball court is a block away. Also included are 5 beach badges.
5th Bedroom suite has separate entrance on ground floor (3 beds & 1 bath; see pics).
House has oceanviews from third floor rooms and deck (see pictures), central air conditioning, wood floors throughout, luxury kitchen with many extras including Corian counter tops and stainless steel gas/convection oven, as well as an open living room with cathedral ceilings, sky lights, and ceiling fan. Oh, and let's not forget the Outdoor shower!! Pets are NOT permitted. Internet available during July and August.

Hi Steve, We did have a great time. Your house is a great set up for a multigenerational family. The teens loved to get away to the apartment, the grandparents could have tea at the dinning room table and the little ones got control of the great tv upstairs. Your kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated not having to run out for a can opener or spatula. We are already trying to plan for next year, so I will be in touch with dates if you are planning to continue to rent. Thanks Anne

hi steve - great week, everyone (myself included) loved the house. perfect location, clean, open spaces, and very comfortable. we all found the house very accomodating. with 15 yrs experience with LBI rentals, it's usually a challenge to please everyone who visits or stays, but your house helped me accomplish the impossible.....raves all around; ranging from my 80 year old mother to 9 & 12 yr old niece/nephew, and, most importantly, wife and 19 yr old daughter & her friends. the one comment i heard from a few of the "marketing experts" in the family was they think you should show off more pictures off the upper deck with the view to the ocean and add in a wave crash sound track. thx, andy

Steve - the house was great. Perfect location and just the right size for our family. Kim... Ditto--one of the best houses we have rented. I really appreciated the little things, like having plenty of garbage bags in the cupboard and the great water pressure in the outside shower. And Kim will attest that I LOVED the central vac! Lisa
