This home has beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.This is a perfect place for a group or three families, but don't hesitate to contact us if you are just 1-3 people, because we offer special rates for smaller groups. There are two bedrooms downstairs. Both rooms have king beds with closet space and chest. There is a huge living room with a sofa bed and a loft upstairs with a queen bed.
Enjoy outside seating and a gas BBQ grill or stay warm inside in the separate game room with a pool table and board games. The living room also has a 55' LED Samsung SMART tv with blue ray dvd player and xbox/kinect game console with Wifi internet. Why the Owner Chose Leavenworth
We love Leavenworth! It has been our favorite destination for a weekend getaway and winter holidays. We love it because of it is a convenient and scenic drive from the Seattle area (~100 miles). The Leavenworth area, and its surroundings, offers many activities such as golfing, rafting, and skiing. After we realized that we spent almost 30 days vacationing in Leavenworth, we decided to take the plunge and buy a vacation rental.

Was there with friends, it was wonderful, exactly a vacation home one can dream of :) N there was so much to do in the house that we didn't want to go elsewhere. It was well stocked with Movie DVDs, Books n Board games :) N the wenatchee river flows by 0.2 miles from the house, which is simply spectacular. Superb stay :)

The home was the perfect 'home away from home' for our family. We loved how well the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The location is convenient and you can take a nice walk to the downtown. Our 2 year old daughter was busy with all the toys available. We also enjoyed the hot tub outside.

Owners very easy to work with, very responsive. Walking distance to town (+/- 2 miles). Kitchen with ample pots and pans, dishes, etc. Hot tub, pool table, foosbal etc. as stated - in garage but well heated and made as cozy as possible without converting to full interior space. Lots of movies and games (both board and Xbox) available. 3rd bedroom is a loft bedroom off main living space (teens and tweens loved it though sound can be an issue). Beds in main rooms comfy, bed in loft less so. Clean and wanting for nothing logistically though not as well decorated or cute and cozy as many of the places we've stayed (though I have to say, I notice that ambience the minute I walk in but then once we sprawl out it makes no difference, especially since there were so many things to keep the kids happy while we were hanging out at "home").

Great place for kids. Location is amazing. Hot tub is nicer and a plus. The only thing this place was missing was a baby gate to prevent children from going upstairs to the fun loft room. So we purchased one and left it there for others and for are next stay. We had my mother up for her 50th birthday and had a great time.

Four of us had a wonderful week-end in this beautiful home. The owners were so nice and the home was clean and was packed with games, pool table, nice TV, etc The hot tub was great and the beds were comfortable. You might want to bring more pillows and a way to play music in the game room. It was close to town (we drove because it was cold outside) and we took a nice drive up the beautiful icicle river. We highly recommend staying here!

My husband, son and I stayed at this chalet the beginning of February and were joined by friends for the weekend. It was perfect!!! We loved the big table that we all could sit around, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and we especially loved the hottub :) We practically didn't leave the house all weekend because there was so much to do. I also appreciated the toys that my 6 month old enjoyed. We were so happy with this place that we hope to make it an annual trip to Leavenworth and stay here every year!

We have been vacationing in Leavenworth over the holidays for the past 25 years. This is one of the best places we've ever stayed. There is so much to do for all ages. The guys loved the pool table while the teenager played the video games. We all enjoyed the hot tub! There are lots of toys for toddlers as well as a huge selection of movies and video games. Very impressive! We were very impressed was the quality of the appliances, cookware and utensils. It was great to have everything we needed to cook a full meal. The only thing I would mention is that the coffee pot is very small (4 cup). Also, you may want to bring dish clothes and dish towels as there were none there. I was very impressed with the integrity of the owner. We had a situation that needed attention and he took care of it very professionally and fairly. We will certainly keep this place in mind when vacationing in Leavenworth again!

We had a fabulous time. The home had EVERYTHING we could have wanted, including a game room with a pool table! A full size gourmet/slab granite kitchen had everything we needed to make fun family meals. The place looked newly remodeled and met our every need. We stay in Leavenworth for Oktoberfest and the Tree Lighting and we will be requesting to stay at this lovely home again!
