Newly constructed home in Edgartown on the island of Martha's Vineyard within walking distance of Sengekontacket Pond. The furnishings are all new, and there is a great back yard for entertaining, as well as being on the bike path and close to State and South Beach. The home is in a highly wooded area and within a 8-10 minute bike ride or 30 minute walk to the center of Edgartown with it's fine museums, restaurants and art galleries. The owner recently completed the decoration and furnishing of the home using the services of a professional decorator and recently installed central air conditioning and all new granite countertops .

My family and I recently stayed at this wonderful property. The home has all the charm you would expect in a Martha's Vineyard house but is spotlessly clean, air-conditioned, with modern appliances, and none of the hassles that could pop-up in an historic home. It is centrally located between Edgartown, Vineyard Haven, and Oak Bluffs. I recommend the property highly.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a lovely time over the long weekend. The house was as described, clean and had plenty of room for our family of 4. Easy drive to ferry, beaches and town.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

The home was immaculate and fully equipped with everything one would need. The owner takes great pride in making this house feel like your own home!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

There is a 10% discount for booking 2 or more weeks. I am very flexible on pricing from 10/1 to 5/1. Stay 3 nights pay for 2, stay 7 nights pay for 6 from 10/1 to 5/1.
