****FREE BEACH SET-UP FOR 2024 SEASON*** Unit 1074 is located on the seventh floor of tower one. It has an open kitchen with taupe walls that continued into the living room. Living room has mirrored walls and plush furniture. There is cream tile throughout the living area with carpeting in the bedrooms. There is a fantastic view of the beach and Gulf from the open balcony. There is a king in the master and 2 full size beds in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bathroom has a walk in shower with a safety bar. It has an Open Balcony. There is also a washer and dryer located in the unit for your convenience! 3TV’s, 3 DVD’s, 3 VCR’s, 1 Stereo.

The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing!
