Invermere house description
Our home away from home has three bedrooms providing a great space for one/two families. The main level has a well equipped kitchen which leads out to a deck which has a BBQ and patio furniture, and from which you have magnificent views of a forest with a backdrop of the Rocky Mountains.
The kitchen leads into an open living area with lots of seating including a sofa bed; a half bathroom is situated off this living room.
There are three bedrooms on the upper level; the master bedroomhas a Queen and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom is has a double.
There is also a second four piece bathroom on the upper floor for the two other bedrooms to share.
Escape to this home away from home and experience great views of the Purcell and Rocky mountains whilst being less than a 5 minute drive to Invermere’s downtown , beaches and two championship golf courses - Copper Point and Eagle Ranch.
Inveremere has something for everyone; boutique shops, coffee shops, bakery, farmers' market, quaint cinema, art galleries, spas, museum, supermarkets, deli, to name a few........ There are lots of events going on in the summer, and in fact throughout the year as this area is a four season paradise! Beautiful Lake Windermere has beaches with water sports, the area has fabulous golf courses, including Grey Wolf at Panorama. Then of course there are the hot springs at Fairmont and Radium, to be enjoyed whatever the season.
All linens, towels, paper and soap products are included. All you need to bring is your food!
Keep an eye out for the wildlife, deer and lots of bird species are regular visitors here!

We have just spend another relaxing weekend in Invermere...What a wonderful change from the fast paced noisy life in Calgary... The mountains view and fresh air recharge the batteries for anther week...

About the owner: We are two professionals in our mid fifties, who enjoy everything about the outdoors during all seasons of the year.
Why the Owner Chose Invermere:
This location provides us with a activity centre for our hiking, quading, swimming, kayaking, raftings, water skiing, snow skiing, snowboardings, snowmobilings, and ice skating. We are surronded by golf courses which our friends use but we are too busy with other activities to have time to golf.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We are avid skiers and snowboarder and frequent Kicking Horse Resort in winter. We use our boat on Lake Invermere and enjoy bird watching in the Columbia Wetlands. We regularily go to the Saturday Farmers Market on Main Street through July and August. We walk our dog 1.5 km down Walker Lane to the lake. One of our favorite eateries is Ray Ray's, a lovely lakeside restaurant with outside seating, excellent food and great service.
