  My family was very pleased with our rental! My family and my sister's family shared the house and it was perfect for our needs. All the extras that you would find at a hotel were provided like coffee, hair dryer etc. With 6 kids there was plenty of room and the pool plus games room kept everyone entertained. The small community play structure next to the tennis/basketball court also kept the kids busy. The Davenport area Is close to all the attractions and also all the necessary stores were close by too (love the Walmart Superstore). We would definitely go back!

  Our family just stayed at this property 12/23-12/27. The property was exactly as described, nice neighborhood, clean and accomodating. When we arrived there were detailed instructions as well as brochures. The prop mgrs were available when we had questions and very helpful. All in all we had a good time and have already started planning for a summer trip! P.S. check out the pizza place across the hwy from Hampton Lakes undiscovered gem!!

  We rented this house in August for our Disney Vacation. The location of the house to Disney is just a short trip. There are 5 spacious bedrooms that cater to adults and children. The house was warm and welcoming. The house provides everything you would need in your home away from home. Toiletries, kitchen items, games, tv, strollers, etc! The owners provide you information on Disney and other local venues. The pool is well very well maintained and the neighborhood is very serene. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area!

  I rented this place with a few friends for a week. It was perfect. The living areas, bathrooms, and kitchen were very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. It made it easy to prepare the food that we had purchased at the Super Target down the road. The house had everything we needed to make it feel like a real home away from home. The TV and internet worked well. We were all able to connect all of our electronic devices to the wifi internet in the house. The pool was the perfect temperature and well kept. While we were there, the house even had a few pool floats that we were able to use. During our stay we traveled to the East Coast and visited the Kennedy Space Center as well as Cocoa Beach. Later in the week we traveled to the West Coast to check out Clearwater. Both the East and West coasts were easily accessible from this property. We also spent a few days visiting the Disney parks. All the parks are about a 10-15 minute drive from the house. The house is in a perfect location. It is close to all the attractions but far enough away to still be relaxing.

  What a great place to stay.Every one had their own privacy and plenty of space.We had a great time having our coffee in the morning out by the pool,which we could smell the orange farm.This place was clean and it made you feel like you were at your own house . Thank you for a great stay at a great price.We will definitely be back !!!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  My family had a great time in this home. The home's location was perfect for two reasons. It is located close to all of the major theme parks and other attractions so we did not have far to travel. At the same time it was far enough where we did not have to fight traffic to move around. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was very clean and roomy. The kids enjoyed the pool and the game room. I would definitely stay here again.

  My family and I rented this home for 1 week in April and really, really enjoyed every minute of it. We came down from Michigan for our daughter's wedding. The house was perfect - it fit 13 of us without any problems at all! The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessable to everything. We traveled to the gulf coast 1 day and to the Atlantic coast another day. This is the perfect location. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all our friends. We made some very special family memories here - thank you so much.

  My husband and I stayed here during March 2012 with our two teenage children and I have to say...it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was extremely well kept and immaculate. The owners were very helpful with all of our questions. It was a very pleasurable vacation. What made the house so special was that everything you needed was there- towels, fresh sheets, toiletries, grills, pots, pans, games, every appliance you have in your own home, you name it. The house was exceptionally clean and there was even coffee, tea, pop, water, fruit and fresh cookies when we arrived. Although we were not in need of it, the owners also provided dress-up clothes, high chairs, playpens etc. There were two BBQ's that we could have used and there were even coolers available. The pool was beautiful and the temperature of the water was absolutely perfect. The location of the home was right off the highway so it was easy to get to the numerous Orlando attractions, restaurants and shopping outlet malls. Disney was only a 10 minute drive. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to my family and friends and I hope to rent it again next year.

  We had a great couple days when we stayed here over Valentine's weekend. The home was just as advertised, had everything you needed to feel like you were at home even down to hot tea, cream, and sugar. We enjoyed our time playing pool, video games, visiting with our friends, walking in the orange grove behind the neighborhood and soaking in a little Florida sun. We would definitely come to this spot again and the owners were so flexible for our last minute stay and easy to work with. Next time we will come for longer and enjoy Disney, Islands of Adventure etc. They are so close to the house, easy to come and go and find restaurants, shopping and groceries just around the corner. Thanks for a great Valentines weekend!
