  We enjoyed our stay at the condo - we were traveling back and forth between Charlevoix and Boyne City over the course of the weekend, and this was conveniently located half way between. About 20 minute drive to either location. The view of the water and the beach was beautiful, the condo was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

  We enjoyed this condo, found it to be clean and comfortable. Our kids loved that it was right on the water. It was as expected except we felt that the amount of bath towels provided based on the number of people staying was low. Also, we had trouble getting a regular internet connection. The close proximity to Charlevoix was great and we took great advantage of that. Thank you!

  Condo is extra clean, kitchen stocked with everything one may need to cook. View of lake is incredible. Have been coming up to East Jordan, Charlevoix for 27 years, by far the cleanest and nicest place we have stayed for the price. Would book again in a second! Owners had great communication, check in and out were simple!

  The unit did have a wonderful view; especially at daybreak when the sun sparkled off the water! The unit was well furnished. My only issue was the balcony is very close to the unit next door and they were smokers and we are not. Other than that is was a nice place to visit.

  Owner response: As a non-smoker I really understand how this can be an unfortunate experience when trying to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. I appreciate your feedback on this issue. I have met the owners of the unit next door and they are not smokers. I also believe their rental agreement has a no-smoking policy, just like we have in our agreement.   It was what we expected...clean and right on a very nice, child friendly beach. Jim (the owner) was a pleasure to work with as well. We'd stay again.

  This condo is so beautiful! Great for a week/weekend away. Such a good location right in between East Jordan and Charlevoix and right on the lake.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  I wanted a surprise get away... I found this place, I talked to the owner, I got a 2bdrm, 2bth condo and woke up to the sun over the water, it was peaceful, he had a bottle of wine waiting for us and we could have not had a better relaxing time! It's exactly what we needed!! The kitchen was fully stocked, it was bright, clean and felt like a home away from home! I would recommend it to anyone and thank the owner for how great he was and easy to deal with!!!
