  My husband, friends, and myself were thrilled to "retreat" to the quaint, peacefull farmhouse during our daughter's wedding events in late October. We live 2 hours away and were able to relax and enjoy extended visit times after the rehearsal dinner and wedding in Andalusia. As mother-of-the-bride, I was thankful for cozy comfortable accomodations for our guests from Georgia and north Alabama. I was also grateful for comfortable beds and reliable plumbing. We had no complaints. The owners of the rented house were easy to work with and very gracious. My favorite moment, besides visiting long-time friends we rarely see, was watching the sun rise outside the kitchen window, then taking an early morning walk. Springdale Estate in Andalusia was the perfect setting for a "storybook" wedding, and the farmhouse was the perfect setting to wind down and count our blessings.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

  Our brief trip was worth the long drive because of this place. The house has the best of both worlds: the comfort and relaxed-feel of home, combined with the adventure and of being in a new environment. We enjoyed our stay and were met with great hospitality. The beauty of the property and the coziness of the house made our trip to Andalusia a pleasant experience.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children.

  Perfect house for extended stay visitors! Beth was so friendly and easy to work with. I recommend to anyone visiting the area more than a few days. Much more comfortable than a hotel, and with all the amenities of a home!

  Absolutely a wonderful place to stay. The home owners are wonderful people who care about you as their guests. We rented the home while working in the area to keep from staying in a hotel. I would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the area while working or just for relaxation.

  We were in town for an engagement party, so there were several people in our family that really enjoyed being able to stay together at the house. It was so nice to have the yard for the kids to run play. Plenty of room in the house as well. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. Owners were so nice..

  I was hired to photograph the 2011 Softball World Series in Andalusia for 9 days. Rather than renting multiple hotel rooms for that long, we stayed in this farm house. The owners welcomed us with open arms and they keep it clean and well maintained. It was very relaxing and felt like home, which is exactly what I was looking for after long days of photographing the games. We loved it so much, I have already booked this farm house with charm for next year.
