Beautifully decorated two bedroom/ two bath golf/tennis villa (larger floor plan 1,254 sq.ft.), on the ground floor, just steps away from the private villa pool, and tennis courts at beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort. Accommodations include a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two queen-size beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedrooms and living room are all equipped with TVs, DVDs, cable (including HBO), and free internet available in the living room area. You’ll also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a laundry closet with full size washer and dryer for all the comforts of home!
Our resort is one of the finest full service beach resorts in Panama City Beach, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools, 4 hot tubs, poolside activities & live music, Pizza Hut, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Hair Salon, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, basketball/shuffle board courts & 11 lighted Tennis courts.
This condo is NO SMOKING, we DO NOT ALLOW PETS, and resort rules require that renters MUST be 25 years of age. Rates Do NOT Include 11.5% Tax & Cleaning Fee of $85. Damage Deposit $250. We require a 50% deposit of the rental fee to confirm your reservation, with the balance due 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel and we re-book the property, we will refund the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. Check in time is 3:30pm and checkout is 10:30am.

This condo had everything my family needed and more. The owners; Liz and her husband, were very accommodating. It was nice to be able to walk right out to the pool. This year we will make sure and bring our tennis rackets. Thanks again for helping us have a wonderful vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Everything about our stay at Edgewater was wonderful...Edgewater has everything you need to enjoy on site…huge lagoon pool, restaurant, pizza, coffee/ice cream shop. This unit (2803) was very well maintained inside and out...and was within walking distance to Edgewaters huge lagoon pool. At times I found it hard deciding whether to stay inside the condo or visit the pool. I can honestly say from the time we booked this condo, the owners went beyond making this a vacation to remember…We can’t wait to do it again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with us. God Bless!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We had the privilege of staying at this beautiful property. We had access to several pools and of course the beautiful beach. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. We had one of our best vacations the week we stayed there. We will be back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
