Well maintained, updated, three beedroom home on deep water canal with easy Gulf access. Private pool in large screened lanai. Fully furnished including all cooking supplies and linens. All you need bring is your personal items. Large private dock for your sailboat or motor boat. Ideal for retired couple desiring to get away from the snow and cold. Quiet residential neighborhood with nice neighbors. This is our vacation home too, so we always strive to make it nicer. You can fish from the dock or just enjoy the sunrise. We like to grill by the pool. It takes only 15 minutes to get to Sanibel Island by boat or car. Or visit Ft. Myers Beach. I have many more pictures of this property available if you contact me. Sleeping accomodations include a Queen bed with private bath, bedroom with full size bed and bedroom with two twin beds and second bath. Small pets are allowed but require additional security deposit. Central air plus ceiling fans in every room. Two bicycles and a kayak are in the garage for you.
