The Magnificent Upscale Brigadune Direct Oceanfront Condominium Complex is situated on a peninsula and overlooks the Atlantic ocean providing for spectacular breathtaking ocean views. The Brigadune is located on the quiet and prestigious Shore Drive, between Myrtle and North Myrtle. Just South of the KIngston Plantation, North of Marriott's Grand Dunes and directly behind the famous Dunes Country Club. This fantastic high rise complex offers the ultimate in oceanfront vacationing with numerous amenities including an outdoor oceanfront pool (heated in Spring and Fall), tennis courts, picnic area, gas BBQ grills, elevators, secure lobby, 24 hour on-site security, beautifully landscaped grounds and covered on-site parking.
Walk out the door and onto the soft white sand of the most beautiful wide clean beach on the Grand Strand. Just a short walk on the beach is the famous Ocean Annie's an outdoor oceanfront beach bar and just beyond that is the Apache Pier, the longest pier on the East Coast. Miles of sandy beaches in either direction makes for fantastic walking or jogging.
The Brigadune is located on a secluded ocean front drive. The beach is not crowded like other areas of the Grand Strand. You are away from the hustle-and-bustle of downtown Myrtle, yet if you desire to go and enjoy the hundreds of other sights and sounds of this fantastic town they're just a short distance away.

Our spacious Direct Oceanfront Penthouse Condominium is exceptionally quiet and offers breath taking views of the beach and ocean, has 4 Bedrooms, 3 3/4 Baths and sleeps 10. This newly completely remodeled Penthouse is one of only four Penthouse units available in the Brigadune Complex. This Penthouse is located on the 18th floor and offers private restricted access available only to Penthouse owners and guests.
This Penthouse is the largest and most unique Direct Oceanfront Penthouse within the Brigadune Complex and possibly of all the Grand Strand. The massive 16' x 53' living room features a 24 ft. wall of continuous opening sliding glass doors which gives you the most breath taking oceanfront views on all of the Grand Strand. No need to go outside on a balcony, in this Penthouse the ocean comes right to you within the luxury of your living room. This Penthouse also features a private romantic side balcony with southern exposure overlooking Myrtle Beach, the Grand Strand and the famous Dunes Country Club.
The master bedroom suite features two entrances, one being double all glass french doors for fantastic views of the ocean. It offers a king size bed and private bath with double bowl vanity sinks. Bedroom suite #2 also features two entrances, one being a 6 ft. sliding glass door with fantastic ocean views. It offers a king size bed and private bath. Bedroom 3 has fantastic views of the Dunes Country Club and wildlife marsh. It offers two double beds and has access to a full bath. Bedroom 4 features a private southerly side balcony overlooking all of Myrtle Beach. It offers two twin beds and access to a private half bath.
A brand new fabulous extra large fully furnished Tommy Bahama style kitchen features lighted tray ceilings with unique double angled ceiling fans, Cherry Cabinets with nautical rope accents, under cabinet lighting, top of the line Granite Counter Tops, high end Stainless Steel Appliances including a double oven, a 3 door French style Refrigerator and Rustic Pewter fixtures.
The Kitchen Island features Granite Counter Tops, a Wet Bar with a separate glass Beverage Center, under cabinet lighting, fully stocked accent lit glass stemware holders all wrapped with custom mirrors.
The Dining Room, Kitchen and Living Room are all large open flow areas, all with 10' high accent lit tray ceilings, nautical style crown moldings and each area with great ocean views. The large Rattan style dining room table and chairs seat 8.

The unit was perfect for us. We had 3 couples. Very spacious. Newly remodeled kitchen. View from the 18th floor dining room table overlooking the ocean was fantastic. Great walking beach! The 4th bedroom did not have a closet. We only had 3 couples, so it didn't matter to us. That is the only knock on this beautifully maintained Penthouse unit.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was a beautiful home! It had everything we needed and much more. The space alone was terrific for my grown family! This property was beautiful! The kitchen with double oven, flat top stove, frenchdoor refrigerator, garbage disposal and an island with every kind of glass you could want was not something you usually see in a rental. There was ample storage and living space. The large living room with the gorgeous view of the ocean was spectacular. I could have sat by the large windows and looked out all day. There was more than enough seating for all to sit and dine. It was so nice to have a washer and drier right in the unit. We loved it and are booking it again for next July! Can't wait!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We ONLY rent by the full week, from Saturday to Saturday.

The Myrtle 12% Sales and Hospitality tax will be added.
We require 2 Deposits:
A $250 Non-Refundable Booking Deposit is required to reserve your dates. This deposit is automatically deducted from your total amount due.
The second is a $450 Damage/Security deposit which is fully and promptly refunded if there are no damages, items missing from unit or excessive cleaning needed. This deposit is just added to the total amount due.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
After the $250 Booking Deposit has been paid, the balance is split 50% due 60 days prior to arrival and the remaining 50% due 35 days prior to arrival.

Call the owner directly to confirm reservation details and pay with an approved method (credit card, check, or bank transfer), to protect your payment up to $1,000.
