About the owner: We do not live in Arizona, we are renting and have a friend that helps us out w/the property. We love the property. It is very well kept and has a great neighborhood.

We loved the location and the small town feel. It is a very safe area. It just seemed to be a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Easy to drive to various locations from malls to casino's. Excellent location.
