  Good morning Debbie My husband and I and my granddaughter love your home- we really enjoyed our stay and we will refer you all to our colleagues and friends, we usually try to take trip every year and half and if we do decide to take one next year with a bigger groups I will let you know.   This property was advertised with pool heat optional, we arrived and no heat for the pool. Contacted the owner for an adjustment on the rent, no dice. Cannot tell you how disappointed we were. The owner was aware the heater did not work. Before renting this property, be sure to ask. Have rented homes in the area for the past three years, never had a problem. BE SURE TO ASK IF THE POOL HEATER IS WORKING.

  Owner response: Yes, it was unfortunate that our pool heater broke down during the guests visit. The guest did not request pool heat during booking and so we took the opportunity to replace it during their visit. The price for the rent was already severely discounted and we could not afford to give them a further rebate on something that had not been requested. We now have a brand new heater. We do regret the inconvenience caused to these guests.

  We stayed Jan 18-21 and this home was absolutely perfect for our family. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We had 7 adults and 3 children and it never felt crowded! It had all the amenities needed to make you feel at home. We were in Orlando for a soccer tournament and it was so nice to come back to this house and relax while the kids still had plenty to keep them entertained. They loved the game room. Everyone asked if we could stay there again whenever we come back to Orlando! The location is fantastic...away from all the crazy traffic! The owners were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be able to stay again soon!

  This unit was well maintained, with plenty of room. The owners are great to work with and very personable, the location is close to a lot of activities. I had several conversations with the owners and I assured them that I will rent this unit on my next trip to the sun shine state .As a foot note I travel with two other couples all over the United states for the last 10 years. I rate this rental right at the top of all our rental expeirences.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  The home was affordable, clean, safe, close to Disney! It was very spacious! The kids enjoyed thr toys and game tables in the garage! It was worth it! We will recommend it to our friends and would use it again!!

  We were delighted with this rental home. It was spacious, clean but very comfortable. Any concerns we had when we arrived were addressed promptly and our stay was wonderful. The owner called us on our first day; a personal touch worth mentioning. We visited the clubhouse and were greeted with a warm welcome. The neighborhood was very quiet and the grounds were nicely groomed. There is a grocery store (Sweet bay) within walking distance. Looking forward to another trip to this area and this home.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We stayed at this villa Nov 9-12, 2012. All the amenities were as pictured if not better! Every room has a flat screen tv and a game room in the garage. We were only a party of 6 adults so the villa felt HUGE! I would definitely recommend this property as the owners are very helpful and easy to work with. The owner of the other villa we rented in the same development with 6 bedrooms on Fresh Meadow drive lives abroad and was a pain to deal with! It is much better to rent from local people like the owners of this villa!

  The place was very roomy, had everything we needed as far as cooking, plenty of room for everyone. The pool was the BEST!!!! We had my son's birthday party there and all the kids had a BLAST!!! The only complaint we had was that there were a few roaches, spiders, and a couple of worms found in the house. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will probably try and rent again next year if available.

Sorry about the bugs- the fact that we had just got some landscaping the day before you arrived, must have contributed to this. We have a service that does pest control inside and outside every month but we will look into increasing the frequency during summers.

  I spent a week here while in town for a high school graduation, along with about 9 members of my family, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. It was way better than a hotel room, with plenty of room for all 10 of us. The house itself is very nice, very well kept. The pool in the backyard was very nice also. The location is great, being right in between Tampa and Orlando. All in all, a great way to spend some time with family and enjoy a part of Florida.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  We had a large family group come in from out of state and stay at the house. We can't say enough good things about the stay. The kitchen was great, the rooms were spacious, the pool was awesome and the location was convenient to everything. This is such a better deal than staying in a hotel.

  This was a wonderful place to stay. It was roomy, comfortable and tasteful. Having the pool was great and the location was perfect, as we were going to Epcot/Disney, etc. The only reason I didn't rate excellent was 1) trash was left in the trash can in the garage and was very smelly. It was there when we arrived. 2) Weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the bathrooms. Plenty of pool towels but not for bathrooms. Other than that, it was great and I will never not go this route again, it was so fun to all stay together and everybody meet up at night to share their day's adventures around the pool.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  We brought a 3 generation family with 2 small children, and the house was ideal for us. We really liked the family friendly greatroom/living room area since we did not have to worry about the 4 yr old and 1 yr old ruining anything. We also loved the 2 master suites, one up and one down, and the 2 separate bedrooms upstairs for the kids. The pool was just the right temperature without having to heat it, and it was great entertainment for the days we did not go to area attractions. I would definitely recommend the property, and already have. We felt safe and secure in a nice neighborhood. We were close enough to area attractions, restaurants, shopping, and medical facilities and navigating the roads was easy. I can no longer imagine spending vaca time in a motel - this will be my first choice from now on! Thanks, Debbie, for your solicitude and help in getting the arrangements made! Linda

Would have been easier if location was listed somewhere. Bummer Jacuzzi wasn’t working. Would have been great if the Jacuzzi was mentioned as being under the “Heated pool” option.
