Super Clean & Modern. The apartment is in an established gated community, within a 2 minute walk to Benaulim Beach. Located on the first floor, it offers open views of the Sea, and also of the complex's beautiful pool.
There is a large Living Dining Room, with balconies on both sides. The kitchenette is fully equipped with large refrigerator, microwave, stove. There is a washer and dryer. The entire apartment is very open and airy, with ample cross ventilation and views on all sides. It was recently totally renovated by award winning New York architects.
There area lot of shops, internet cafes and restaurants on the main road of Benaulim, just 1/2 mile away. There area also beach shacks as you enter Benaulim Beach. Margoa , a smaller version of the capital Panjim is a 10 minute drive. Here there are movie theatres, shops etc.
Everything is affordable, and the shacks offer excellent night life also. There are fantastic views from Benaulim beach.

This apartment is situated in one of the most prestigious complexes along the beach in South Goa. Benualim Beach in Salcette, Goa, is serene and calm, a perfect place to get away from it all, while having the conveniences of facilities in the town of Benaulim. Day trips to Panaji and North Goa can easily be arranged.
The mature landscaping is beautiful, and well maintained. 80% of the complex is open space, which includes a swimming pool, tennis court and other recreational facilities. There is full time security.
Additional maid service can easily be arranged at fairly low cost.

Payment is usually accepted in either USD or Indian Rupees.
A deposit of 50% is required.

The pictures on this page are accurate. The condo is great!! It is as close to the beach as they build. Super nice gated complex with guards. Nice pool and atmosphere. We enjoyed our time here so much we plan to return again in Oct. The bedrooms are large. The kitchen is great. The balcony overlooks the pool. It is a short walk into town to restock on supplies. The washer and dryer were great!! We have no complaints!! Wonderful condo and owner.
