Large three level ocean block townhome with five bedrooms, three full baths and two separate kitchens. Ground floor apartment with king-size bed, bath, living room/kitchen with pullout sofa. One bedroom with bed and pullout sofa on main level, pullout sofa in living room, three bedrooms on third level with king-size bed in one room and bunk beds in the other two rooms. Comfortably sleeps 16! There are screen porches front and back on the third level, a front screen porch on the second level and a deck on the ground floor in the rear. There is a full bath on each floor, an outside shower and a washer and dryer on the ground floor. Cable TV/VCR on all three levels.
The house has been upgraded recently with new air conditioning, carpet, dishwasher, washer/dryer and water heater. There is parking for four vehicles, two of which are under cover. The public beach adjacent to Delaware State Seashore Park and Nature Preserve is only one-half block away. There are no streets to cross to get to the beach! Located in a quiet community with all water sports/amenities nearby, along with outlet shopping, movies, miniature golf, etc. in nearby Rehoboth. Several outstanding championship golf courses are within a short drive.
This is the perfect beach house for two families vacationing together, or for one large family that likes to have room to spread out. Included are beach chairs/toys, videos, games and a charcoal grill. Sorry, no smoking/pets. Be our guest once and you'll want to come back every year!
