The B-Hive is a turn-of-the-century Victorian home and is perfectly located just steps away from South Haven's beautiful North Beach. The key to this location is that there are no huge hills nor endless staircases to climb when walking to and from the beach. This is an important detail many property owners forget to share when describing the location of their property!!!
Southwestern Michigan has been referred to as the "Hamptons of the Midwest" and South Haven is the jewel in the center of this region.
The B-Hive has five (5) bedrooms with three (3) full baths and is the ultimate family retreat. The bedrooms consist of four queen beds and the fifth bedroom has one combination twin trundle bed. All of the rooms are tastefully decorated with antique furniture and reproduction pieces providing a comfortable feel throughout.
The house has been remodeled with new finishes and appliances while maintaining the feel of it's original character and architectural details. The outdoor area is perfect for a barbecue after a relaxing day at the beach. Within walking distance are several excellent restaurants, parks, shops, and the new municipal marina.
With something for everyone, the B-Hive is without question the best location for your family's summer vacation!

- Air Conditioning: Central air-conditioning with digital programmable thermost and supplemental second floor window AC unit for those extremely hot days. Ceiling fans and floor fans also provided.
- Washer: Full size, multi-function, front loading stacked washer/dryer (natural gas) located on first floor. Laundry detergent is provided.
- Dryer: Full size, multi-function front loading stacked washer/dryer (natural gas) located on first floor. Fabric softener is provided.
- Linens Provided: All bed linens are provided including extra sets, additional blankets as well as plenty of kitchen and bath towels.
- Off Street Parking: Off street parking for three (3) full sized vehicles is provided. The driveway is shared. Please make sure your and your guests vehicles or belongings do not block our neighbors ability to pull in or out of their garages. Thanks for your cooperation!
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Available directly adjacent to the property with special permission.
- Beds
- Queen Bed (4) : Four (4) queen beds are provided with high quality mattresses, bedding, etc. There are two queen beds located on the first floor and two on the second floor.
- Twin/Single Bed: One (1) twin bed with a pull-out twin trundle bed accommodating two guests is provided on the second floor.
- Crib: A pack-n-play is available upon request. Please request in advance.

- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: Weber Silver Series Genesis natural gas grill with utensils. No need to run to Walmart to exchange the propane tank in the middle of cooking dinner!
- Deck/Patio: Over 200 square feet of outdoor space with plenty of seating for large families. Also a small brick patio off of the first floor south bedroom.

- While the "B-Hive" is not located directly on the beach, it is within a one minute walk to the beautiful North Beach with no huge hills nor endless staircases to climb up and down when going to and from the beach. Remember this when selecting the home for your family's summer vacation!!!

- No Pets Allowed: While we love animals, we can not allow any pets at any time as some of our guests may have allergies.
