After a long day of hitting the slopes, mountain biking trails or even just taking in all the views this serene Colorado valley has to offer, it's nice to come back to this comfortable 2BR/2BA condo that overlooks the panorama of the Fraser Valley and spectacular views of Winter Park Ski Area! This is a fully furnished unit that will make you feel right at home upon arrival. Relax and have a few drinks while enjoying the sunset behind the mountains. Then soak in the hot tub to reflect on the day's events with friends and family.
We strive to make your stay the most comfortable it can be. This includes a fully stocked kitchen with all the spices, dinner/cookware needed to whip up a home cooked meal. The kitchen table seats 3, plus two additional seats at the bar. There is a washer/dryer in suite saving you money, time and energy. The master bedroom comes with its own bathroom and a cozy queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and bunk beds. This unit sleeps 6 guests comfortably. The living room is equipped with a LCD TV, DVD player, VCR & small video collection.This is an open floor plan that connects the kitchen to the living for those great family moments.
This unit is very conveniently located. We are just off Hwy 40 and a beautiful short walk to the valley's grocery store (Safeway) and Starbucks to get your fix! There is also an Alco just a short walk away for anything else you need. During the ski season, the Winter Park Ski shuttle picks up in front of the unit in the Safeway parking lot.

We stayed here to bring in the New Year and could not have been happier with our stay! The view is amazing and the place is very cozy! It was so nice to look outside over the valley while sipping hot cocoa by the fire. The owners did a great job of making the place feel like "home" and we didn't have to worry about what to cook, as we had everything we needed to cook with in the kitchen. The property management staff is very friendly. We received our deposit back within a week after our stay, which is SO nice! Thank you again and we will look forward to our stay next year!!! :-)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We enjoyed the stay very much, condo isn't huge but ther was plenty of room for the 4 of us.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

About the owner: This is our family getaway and group therapy. We are an active family who loves the outdoors and are avid enthusiasts of cycling, snowboarding, skiing, hiking and horseback riding. Our family also has the more conventional bookworm who loves to sit by the fire or on the balcony and enjoy a good novel. There is something for everyone in Winter Park and we cherish our forever memories.
