Beautiful 3 bedroom condo professionally decorated with brand new furnishings. This unit is located on the 2nd level easily accessed by stairs or elevator. Just a few steps away are two amazing pools/jacuzzis. Just adjacent to the condo is the infamous Greenvalley Resort and Spa which offers 4 more pools, tennis/racquet ball courts, shared BBQ, kids playground and exercise room as well as the spa.
The master bedroom has a king bed with brand new pillow top mattress, tub/shower, his and her vanities and 40' flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and the the other bedroom has two twin beds both have new pillow top mattresses for your ultimate comfort.
The family room has a very large comfortable queen sleeper with chair in half. The entertainment center boast a 55' flat screen with DVD. Adjacent to the family room is a nice sitting area which has a large twin sleeper.
You can enjoy a beautiful sunrise in the morning or chat with friends while barbecuing in the evening on your own private balcony.

For those of you who are outdoor enthusiast, there are are hiking, biking, and running trails within walking distance. 11 golf courses within 10 minutes of condominium! (several within five minutes!), Mesquite is right around the corner only 35 minutes with more golf courses and great casinos with fantastic buffets, and for you nature lovers, Zions Park and Bryce Canyon National Parks, Grand Staircase, Great Basin National Park, Lake Powell, and the Grand Canyon are all within one-half day travel/fun!

I can't say enough about how pleased I was with this property. Just as the pictures show, it was very clean, updated, and well maintained. The owner was fantastic in answering all the questions I had. My kids enjoyed the open space to play soccer and throw a football. We also enjoyed spending hours at the pool and on the tennis courts. I will definitely stay at this property again in the future and would recommend it to others.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is a beautifully redecorated condo. We had a great weekend here with our kids. Super close to great mountain bike trails and the garage worked perfect to secure the bikes. Certainly plan on staying here again, and recommending to friends. The owner was great to work with also.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We stayed in this condo for the Senior Games and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo was roomy and well furnished. Very comfortable beds and pillows. We loved eating on the balcony and enjoying a lovely view of the mountains. The only thing that troubled us was the lack of a door on the Master Bedroom's bathroom. This limited the use of that bathroom for us but may not be a problem for others. The owner was very accessable and I felt confident she would be available to handle any issue, if needed. I'd highly recommend this condo.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Recently stayed in condo with a group of friends, nice, well kept and clean. Beds were great and nicely decorated home. Everything was provided and we had a great time golfing and relaxing. This condo was very beautiful. We were very aware of how much care the owners had used in furnishing everything. The view from the decks was also amazing. The owner was also very easy to deal with which made the whole experience enjoyable. This place is amazing for adults, but I found myself happy we didn't have a 2 year-old with us. My sister-in-law and I both decided we wanted a nice comfy area rug on top of our living room rugs after loving the one they had here.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: My husband and I have lived in Utah all of our lives and love the beautiful scenery St. George has to offer. We decided to purchase a condo so that we could escape the cold winters in Salt Lake City. My husband is an entrepreneur and I am currently a stay at home mom, but by trade I am an Interior Designer. We have four wonderful children age ranging from 2 to 23 years.
