Year Purchased: 2001
About the owner: Barry and I (Judy Barkley) first came to Green Valley in 1992. We were looking for a place to retire and bought a book called 'Retirement in the Southwest'. Green Valley was so unique and the Green Valley Recreation was one of the best deals around. We purchased a home here in 1996 and finally moved here permanantly from California in 2001. We have never regretted our decision. We purchased this home in 2001 and immediately started to upgrade with new tile, enclosing the garage, adding plantation shutters and continuing with upgrading the kitchen and formal dining. We love Green Valley and continue to use all it has to offer with Golf, Green Valley Recreation and the many opportunities to make friends.

In 2010 we decided to move to another location in Green Valley and decided to rent this home.
