Bueatiful 3 bedroom 2 and half bath home 50 feet from the Colorado River. Enjoy this 2300 square foot home and its wonderful private backyard and swiming pool. 18 hole golf course is in walking distance and the boat launch is just down the street. The home is 20 miles south of Laughlin or just 10 miles south of the Avi Casino.
The house is completely furnished and newly remodeled. The kitchen has refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and fully equipped with all cooking and eating essentials. The house has 2 central air-conditioner and heating units.
All bedrooms are completely furnished with beds, dressers and ceiling fans. This is a wonderful home with lots of windows, tile floors downstairs and carpet upstairs.
There are two master bedrooms, one bedroom with two twins and also a loft area with a pullout sofa.
