Built in July 2004, this spacious villa (with four bedrooms and three bathrooms) is located just off Highway 192,near Formosa Gardens,about 5 minutes from Disney's main gates.
Situated near a conservation area, on a quiet street in the popular Indian Creek development, our air-conditioned home has been designed to a high standard, which other properties in the area can not match. Such as: upgraded, larger than average heated pool with separate spa and child safety gate, two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two further twin bedrooms with shared bathroom, three TVs, DVD player,VHS, kid's games (for the occasional rainy day), PlayStation 2 games console, CD player, etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped, the breakfast room overlooks the pool, the dining room has been extended and comfortably seats ten people.
We also provide a cot, highchair, and pushchair free of charge. Shops, restaurants, and a supermarket are minutes away.
