    This was a very comfortable condo filled with all the amenities you could want at the beach! The view is spectacular, the place was clean, bed was sooo comfortable and the one problem with the TV was fixed immediately. What more could you want?! We definitely plan to stay here again soon.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    Very nice condo with a great view. This is an end unit which makes it one of the most quiet. Nice, attentive owner. We enjoyed our stay with the only problem being 'having to leave'.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    We spent a week May 5th - May 12th enjoying the beautiful condo with its great showers and beautifully remodelled kitchen. The apartment was clean and we spent the days on the beach, eating meals with the ocean view on the lanai and resting in the apartment which was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We will return. This corner unit offers really great views of the beach from almost every window which adds to the pleasure of the experience.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

    We loved this location. QUIET area. No crowds at the beach, sometimes had the sand to ourselves or less than 20 people in the beach area. So relaxing and peaceful. Owner was good to work with and always pleasant, even when we showed up to early. No worries-and even arranged to arrive a day early! BONUS: small washer and dryer in unit.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    Wonderful place to spend some time in the middle of the winter. Well equipped condo in an immaculate resort. Dolphins everyday and birding paradise. Grounds were well maintained and everyone was friendly and gracious. Not near the craziness of Spring Break Ft. Myers. Within walking distance to Lover's Key and a win, win situation. Look at real estate. Location, Location, Location. This condo has this and more. Highly recommended. NH 2011

    I would highly recommend this property to any family that is looking for a quiet beach. The kids were able to run and play on the beach without getting run over by other people. The condo was great and exceeded our expectations. The owner responded with all of our questions before our arrival in a timely manner. The property was clean and stocked with exactly the items that were promised. There were plenty of restaurants that we enjoyed within a 10 min drive. There was also a grocery store right down the road . We look forward to returning in the future.

    Unit was as described, very clean and well maintained. Owner is very responsive and easy to work with and I would recommend to friends & family, Only downside was the unfortunate weather, and the "Sorm Shudders" were not opperable on the lanai..... This area is very pleasant and more private than the times square district.

    The condo is beautiful,roomy and laid out well. The bathrooms and kitchen have been upgraded beautifully! The kitchen is equipped with everything that you could need, as is the rest of the condo(not all places provide nice quality beach towels). The view from the lanai ,since it is an end unit, is spectacular and there is always somehting interesting to watch! Alan ,the owner, is easy to work with and responds quickly to any questions/concerns. We rented this condo for our annual "girls get a way" and have rented some places that are not nearly as nice and well equipped, we will be returning in the future! The only possible down side to some would be the location, as it is far from the "action" of Ft Myers Beach. But if you like clean,quiet, uncrowded beaches, the location is perfect.

    Very nice condo unit with a great private beach. My family and I really enjoyed shelling in the mornings and evenings. The only request I would make is for the unit to have more wash clothes and bath towels, but other than that it is a wonderful place to spend time with your family.

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    Owner response: We will definitely address the shortage of towels. Initially there was more than an adequate amount of towels provided. As the year has progressed, We're sure that many have been misplaced. They will be replaced immediately. Thanks for the review!

    Really wonderful beach! The condo was clean and nicely remodeled. Sea Shells were spectacular. The Lanai was to dye for. The unit also has a washer and dryer and this amenity was great!

    My husband and I spent one week at this condo in May! First let me assure you that the pictures of the condo are current. This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for uncrowded beaches and a relaxing vacation. Condo is very well maintained and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is shopping and restaurants within a 5 minute drive from the condo. I would highly recommend this condo to family and friends. My husband and I can't wait to return!!

    Fist Alan I want to thank you for making this such a great place to stay. Very easy to work with and rent . We have stayed at several beach condos over the years and this is by far the best place we have staayed ! most places cut corners to save money and make a greater profit , but they have done everything to make this a wonderful place . from the linens and towels to the furniture everything was great . And this being a corner unit with a great view on the beach on the quiet end of the beach makes a great family location. we will be back !

    My husband and I had stayed in this unit with our two daughters. We were very impressed with the amenities. It is beautifully furnished. We would definitely stay here again. The view is spectacular. Being on the end, we also enjoyed the privacy of not having other vacationers wandering past the front window. Communication with the owner was excellent.

    My husband and I have stayed at Carlos Pointe many times over the past 15 years. This condo was the nicest. Newly redone, it was bright and cheerful. Being an end unit gave us an extra large lania. It has a beautiful beach and a heated pool. I spent time exploring the nature preserve, getting many pictures of wading birds. My husband enjoyed his days golfing. We're planning on renting the condo again next year.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.
