Welcome to our cozy, Jordan River paradise. This 3BR/2BA house was built in 2008 and we purchased it shortly after. It is fully furnished and includes all the comforts of home; including laundry, appliances, utensils, and linens. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, double closet and private bath. The other two rooms both include closets and drawers for your personal items, full size or bunk beds, and ceiling fans. All bedrooms are carpeted for extra comfort after a long day outdoors.
The kitchen area is designed with the coastal family in mind and real wood floors add the feel of a seasoned beach cottage. Very open floor plan and plenty of windows to let the sun shine in and radiate the coastal palette displayed throughout the house. Outdoor seating with an aerial view from the front porch or in the shade downstairs at the grilling area.
Covered parking, with room for the boat and all other necessities. Dead end street for an additional bit of privacy. The Jourdan River and Bay of Saint Louis are moments away by car or boat. Launch the boat once and keep your Sperry's on the entire stay. Sand bars, beaches, fishing and dining are all available by boat and highly recommended. Golf courses and casinos are minutes away, but, if you prefer to slow down a bit and enjoy a quiet little beach town; try Old Town Bay Saint Louis (especially on the evening of the 2nd Saturday each month). There is plenty of shopping downtown, but, if you prefer the outlet mall setting; Gulfport is a short drive away on I-10. Several local restaurants are nearby and serve all the local favorites.
There is something for everyone and it is all right here. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do.
All reservations must be made at least two weeks prior to requested check-in date; any reservations requested within 14 days of check-in will require full payment in advance. Special circumstances may be accomodated, but it will be at owner's discretion and not guaranteed. No reservations will be made without secured funds. A signed rental contract is required prior to check-in.

This house is perfect. The inside is beautifully done, but so comfortable and homey at the same time! We have a 1 1/2 year old and she has been running a muck. We have 2 small dogs and there is great places for them to run. The upper deck has a baby gate to allow kids and dogs to enjoy the outdoors view of the water but keep them out of trouble. The porch swing is the perfect coffee seat in the am. Also the sun never hits the porch so it is cool and breezy all day even in August-September. The A/C unit is a beast and really cools this place so you sleep like home. The kitchen has mostly all you will need to cook like home. All the neighbors are very nice but allow you to be able to sit and enjoy a quiet moment in the calm scenery. My sister and I took a great run for exercise and the outdoor smells of the country like area was refreshing. The owner Jay is very responsive to anything that needs to be done and is truly concerned about your stay being comfortable. Thank you for a great week.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home....we had the best time relaxing on the porch, tubing on the river, & making a few river trips to dine out!! Hope to come again soon!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a short drive off of I-10 and only about 4 miles from the beach. We brought our boat and launched it when we got there and kept it in the water the entire time. We were very close to Hollywood Casino where my husband and son golfed at the Bridges Golf Course. They said it was a great course. We were a short drive to Gulfport/Biloxi. The house was great and very clean. Enjoyed meeting the neighbors. Hope to go back sometime. Would highly recommend.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Once again I would like to thank you for sharing your wonderful place on the river. It was a perfect spot for us to enjoy a family reunion. Our relatives rented the other houses on the same street and we enjoyed the time we got to spend together as well as the beautifuol river for skiing and baoting. The home provided just what we needed with such a warn and comfortable arrangement. Everything we needed was there for our convienence inside and out. We will pass the recommnedation on to others who may want to stay in the area. We have a lot of family in the area. Great cottage for anyone wanting to explore Bay St. Louis and the surrounding area. Access to the water and a very clean and nicely appointed cottage with friendly neighbors and safe environment. Spent the weekend with my three sons fishing, which by the way was excellent. Over the holidays, we needed a 3 bedroom place to meet family. This house was perfect for our needs. As soon as we walked in it felt very familiar from looking at the photos. The open floor plan allowed everyone to be together while doing their own thing. The colorful picnic table setting was a fun way to enjoy our meals as well as pay games. The setting was great next to the canal. One night while cooking out we saw a fish jump up out of the water. We also went into the town of Bay St Louis. A cute little seaside town that appears to be flourishing with activity. One evening we had a great dinner at a place called North Beach Cafe with great views of the water. Our trip was only 3 days, but wish we could have extended the trip.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners.
