2 homes, side by side, on 16 acres--12 minutes from Paso Robles and 12 minutes from Atascadero, 45 minutes from Hearst Castle, 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo and Morro bay--heart of wine country. Rent both houses or just one. The larger house is 3 bedrooms and 3 baths--2400 SF--sleeping 8.( a king, a double, a day bed, and a double futon) The smaller house is 2 bedrooms and 2 baths--1300 SF--sleeping 6(a queen, 2 twins, and a double hide-a-bed). The larger home is $250 a night, Sunday thru Thursday, and $300 on Friday and Saturday. The weekly rate is $1600. The smaller house is $150 a night Sunday thru Thursday and $200 on Friday and Saturday. The weekly rate is $1000. There is a one time cleaning fee of $75 for either house.
Weekend rates will apply to holidays--no weekly rates at that time.

Our extended family gathered here for Grandma's 80th., having two houses made it easy for those who wanted a little peace to hide out for a while. Amazing views, and the animals were entertaining.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My parents rented both house so all the adults in our family could go wine tasting. The property is amazing with views in all directions and the animals are too much fun. Horses and vineyards for miles. We visited quite a few wineries and took a tour at Steinbeck Vineyards (that was a blast). My husband and I are already planning our next trip. Both houses came with most everything you would need. So much space it was easy for everyone to just hang out together (doesn't matter which house or room in the house or on the patios). Overall it was a GREAT weekend with family and friends. I will be going back!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

My husband and I stayed in the smaller home for a weekend. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved relaxing there and especially enjoyed the amazing views. So peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely go back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

I couldn't have imagined the amazing views from every window and door! Nestled in the in the country with views of rolling hills, olive trees and vineyards. In the evenings the sky displays stars for miles. A close drive to quite a lot including the grocery store, vineyards and downtown Paso Robles. During our short stay we happily divided our time between Firestone Brewery, visits to several local wineries and shopping in downtown Paso Robles (great cheese and olive oil shops.)! The yard (both front and back) are fenced in so our 2 dogs were safe and plenty of room to roam or play fetch. We rented both the small and large home, which are attached but both have privacy. We used every room and bathroom in the house and each guest was happy. There was ample space for all (Whether taking some time for oneself or all gathered in the kitchen or living rooms). The kitchen in the larger house served us well. I would only say be prepared for some kitchen appliances, pots, pans, etc that have seen better days and being in the country you will (no surprise) come across bugs, etc but we were able to make due with little inconvenience. Another immeasurable bonus is that the homes were also pretty safe for an almost 2 year old who likes to explore. Well worth it, highly recommend these rentals.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
