Nice, fence enclosed, tiled patio with furniture and grill. Park within six steps to condominium. Can view car from unit. This is a family-oriented, quiet, gated community with four pools, exercise room, hot tub, miniature golf, shuffleboard, and tennis/basketball on property. Short walk across street to our own access to beach. Also have several bikes for your use. Minigolf,3pools,shuffleboard, etc.located behind this unit which is on cul-de-sac.
