This Elk Ridge townhome is the perfect spot for your family vacation.
WARM and INVITING from the moment you walk through the door, you will feel right at home. It is a SHORT DISTANCE TO TOWN and a VERY CLOSE, EASY, AND SHORT WALK TO SNOWFLAKE LIFT. The shuttle stop to town is also nearby.
Enjoy the PRIVATE HOT TUB after a long day of skiing and the OPEN SPACIOUS LIVING area for plenty of fun conversation and memories to be made.

#4~ Bedroom with Log bunk bed (twin) and shared bath
#5~ Bedroom with Day bed and trundle with shared bath
THIS IS STRICTLY A NO PET TOWNHOME.
THIS IS STRICTLY A NON SMOKING HOME.
A THREE NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED ON ALL STAYS!
RENTAL STEPS:
~sign and return rental agreement
~deposit is 50% of rental total charged to credit card
~confirmation and welcome letter are emailed
~balance charged to credit card upon arrival
SORRY, WE DO NOT TAKE CHECKS FOR ANY RENTALS
Visa and Master Card are accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
~A 60 day notice from the day of arrival is required for a refund of deposit.
~If it's within 60 days, we will try to rebook days already booked and refund any days we can rebook.
