We stayed at Trapper's Ridge in Eden, UT for a team competition in the area. This was a great home and location for our group/team. We were very pleased and it allowed us to relax together in a very comfortable environment. The home was in very good shape however, we found a few dishes in the cupboards that were dirty. Looks like they may have been run through the dishwasher but still had significant amounts of food stuck to them. Other than these minor issues the place was perfect. We loved our stay here. We had a wedding at the mountain. It was a great house for our group.....comfortable accommodations for our group of 11, perfect location for us, as we spent w/e at Powder Mtn. The quality, convenience of purchase, and guest instructions were somewhat better than other rental companies.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

We love Eden and have been renting homes with our family here for the last 10 years. We rented this home this year because it sleeps so many and had a hot tub and seemed very nice. We loved it. The home was quite large (doesn't appear to be from outside). It had more than enough room to sleep 12 of us comfortably. The kitchen was large and open. We did have a problem with the fireplace (pilot light), but the maintenance man came right out and was great to work with and so kind. We had the time of our lives this year. The home quickly became our new favorite place to stay. It has a great open feel to it. The rooms are large, the couches in teh family rooms are clean and comfortable, and the balcony was fun to walk out on and enjoy the mountain air and view. We really appreciated the service from the owner, especially when we had questions and needed assistance. We highly recommend staying here (just not on our dates).Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family had a lot of fun. Thank you! This home was as advertised. The kitchen was lacking in a few supplies, but I guess they are considered basic (bakeware, etc) so I can't complain. But the space was just fantastic. The property is is great condition, everything works, furniture was comfortable and quite nice. There are plenty of beds to sleep everyone comfortably, which has been a problem for us in the past in VRBO homes when owners overstate the capacity. The location and surrounding area is just gorgeous. The home is in a quiet mountain side neighborhood, we really liked it. We've stayed in Eden many times and found this home to be one of the best we've stayed in.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Staying here worked out really well for our family. My sister lives in Eden, but her home is too small for our whole family when we come visit from Salt Lake. We thought we'd try staying here during our stay so we could be close. It ended up working out that we all gathered here and really got some quality time together in enough space to be comfortable and not on top of each other. This home is beautiful. The location is really pretty too. Several family members commented. We appreciated how clean it was and the helpful service. My dad said we should do this everytime when we come visit. Fantastic accommodations. The photos were accurate, the kitchen was plentiful with supplies to cook meals, and the fireplace was nice to have for the cold nights. We made use of the basement family room area and hot tub. The beds were great for our group and we enjoyed the area very much. The owner was very helpful in responding to questions we had, and was prompt, which we appreciated. THe home was clean and well maintained. We reccommend going to the Powder Mountain resort which is only a few miles away. They had lots of fun things to do.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

The home was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. The scenery and relaxing serenity of the area was so needed in our family. When we arrived, the home was spotless and fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately fitted for our meal prepping, and the balcony was really nice to sit out on and take in the view and mountain air. The hot tub below was also a great thing to have, although with no fence its not totally private, but it's close enough to the house and under the balcony that it's acceptable. The clubhouse pool was closed for the winter when we came, but we took advantage of a warm weekend to golf at the course and enjoyed the beautiful view. We definitely felt well taken care of and loved the whole experience and would stay again. The only recommendation we have is you might want to get some new knives and some pot holders. Thanks again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Thanks for sharing your beautiful home! It was the perfect place to make forever family memories. Your home was everything you have listed and more. It met everyones' needs as well as interests-from the game and family room to the very comfortable bedrooms. The views from your living area and deck were breathtaking--not only of pineview reservoir, but also of the sunsets. Our only regret was not having a few more days--so much to do in the immediate surrounding area.
