The unique sea to lagoon property offers 200 feet of private beach and almost 2 acres of lush tropical grounds with select well tended areas.
Flowering plants inbclude frangipani, jasmine, hibiscus, flamboyant and bird of paradise. Edibles such as coconut, sea grape, cashew and almond abound.
Walk the beach, kayak through the mangroves on the lagoon side or to a nearby island on the Caribbean side, prepare fesh seafood on the grill, relax in the library, watch a movie or just swing in a hammock. Bella Placencia has something for everyone.
