Your temporary vacation home is a three-bedroom condo located at Pelican Sound Golf and River Club located just north of Naples in Estero, Florida and it's only 15 minutes from Fort Myers International Airport.
Pelican Sound is west of I-75 and Route 41 (Tamiami Trail) on the Estero River. It's a very friendly, peaceful and quiet community surrounded by excellent shopping and restaurants.
Available to you is a beautiful, nicely decorated and fully furnished, three bedroom, two bath, first-floor condominium located on the ninth hole of a championship golf course over looking the lake.
This deluxe condo is located in the desirable Turnberry Community of Pelican Sound with two pools within walking distance. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, screened lanai, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room with washer and dryer.
Sit on the lanai and watch the wild life on the lake or the golfers on the 9th hole.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, sliding glass doors to the lanai, large bathroom, ceiling fan, TV, DVD and VCR.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a walk-in closet and a TV.
The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king-size bed.
Pelican Sound is a gated community with 27 holes of Championship Golf and six lighted and fenced "Har-Tur" tennis courts. There is a 18,000 square foot Mediterranean-style clubhouse serving excellent food and many social activities.
Also on the premises is the River Club (located on Estero River) which offers a fitness center with state-of-the art equipment, large pool, and restaurant for casual or formal dining.
Canoes and kayaks are available for use in the Estero River at no charge. You can even catch the FREE shuttle boat to Lovers Key State Park located on Fort Myers Beach for a day at the beach.
