  We had such a wonderful stay at this home!! The house was the perfect size for us, was very clean and homey. We felt very much at home here, and the owner was so nice and accommodating. The screen porch is amazing; you can hear the waves across the street. Beach access is just a few steps away. Seabrook Island itself is gorgeous and a fantastic, safe place to visit. The owners did a fabulous job with this house. If you come to Seabrook, this is the place to stay and is very reasonably priced.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

  If you are looking for value, this is the spot! It is not a 5 star hotel, but can't be beat for the price. The porch is a dream! The ocean breezes and sounds of the surf are wonderful. I spent one month at the house and found it to be extremely comfortable. The kitchen was stocked better than the 8 other places I rented on Seabrook. Access to the beach are steps away and the ocean pool is right down the block. The owners were very responsive to anything that came up while I was there.

  We loved this house!! It was such a great price for the location. The pictures do not do it justice. You are literally across the street from the beach. Some of the houses that are on the beach are further away than this house because the catwalks can be very long.....but this house is across from one of the shortest catwalks on the island. I have a son with Down Syndrome so we cannot walk very far and he was able to make it in less than 3 minutes!! The porch is amazing. You cannot see the ocean, but it is so close you can hear it and smell it. I did yoga out there every day and it was almost like being on the beach. We ate dinner out there, played cards, read and napped! The open floor plan is also great and the shower outside was a huge help from getting sand everywhere. Lastly, Kathy was an awesome landlord. She was very reponsive if we needed anything and went the extra mile when my daughter left her nano and Kathy retrieved it and shipped it for us. Thanks for a great vacation! P.S. This house is also a stone's throw from the Beach Club. It is a perfect location!!

  We had so much fun staying in your lovely home. It suited our family of 4 perfectly. We have a 4 and a 5 year old and the walk to the beach was extremely close and easy. Being within walking distance and a quick bike ride to the pool was very convenient as well. The kitchen was well appointed and the screened in porch was perfect for relaxing and preparing for the beach. The house was was nice and clean, beds comfortable with ample room for everyone. Having your own outdoor shower is a plus for coming in off the beach. Thank you so much again for your helpful e-mails and for being easily reached during the renting process.

  Our family enjoyed a great week on Seabrook Island! The house was perfect, great location only a five minute walk to the beach. The house was very clean and well appointed. We especially liked the kitchen and the gas grill on the back deck.

  It was in an amazing location. Right on the golf course, a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the club house. The front porch was incredible. We ate dinner on the screened in front porch every evening. The only down side to the entire week was the unseasonably cool weather. We plan on making a return visit later in the season to ensure more warm weather.
